すごく良い
朝6時に東京につき、チェックインまで時間があったので先に荷物を置いて遊びに行きました。その際、荷物を部屋の方に運んで頂いて、助かりました。そして午後6時頃にホテルに着きチェックインを行いました。ホテルマンの方々の対応は良かったです。 部屋に入ると、手狭感はあるものの、ベッドは広く、十分でした！女子二人での1泊でしたが物音も気にならなかったです。バスタオル、シャンプー、ドライヤーなどのアメニティは良かったもののDVDプレイヤーがあると良かったなあと少し残念にも思いましたが、とても満足のいく旅行になりました！モーニングは利用していませんが、利用しているお客さんも沢山いたので利用してみてもいいと思います。素敵な旅行の手助けありがとうございました！ さらに表示

ホテルに着いたのは夜中の２時くらいだったのですが、チェックインが二十四時間出来たので便利でした。そして新宿三丁目駅のC８出口から約２分で行けます。マネージャーさんも凄く親切で４階に簡単なドリンクバーもあって便利でした。ちょっとだけ不便だったことは、出かけるごとにフロントに鍵を預けることです。それ以外は最高でした！ さらに表示

新宿三丁目駅から徒歩3分、便利な立地です。普通のシングルを予約しましたが、レディース用の部屋に替えてくれました。 部屋は狭いですが、足マッサージ器やスチーマー、アイマスクなど女性用のアメニティーが充実してました。 さらに表示

新宿から歩きでは遠いけど、一駅乗って新宿３丁目駅からは出てすぐでした。立地的に週末は飲み会の人の声が夜は気になるかも。7階客室ではそこまで気になりませんでした。 シャワーのみの客室になるかもと予約時に確認していたのですが、チェックインの時に一言教えてくださると、部屋に入った時のガッカリが少し少なくなるかもしれないです。 さらに表示

新宿駅から歩くと少々遠いと感じるが、メトロを使うと非常に近く、便利。 部屋は掃除が行き届いており、清潔であった。朝軽食が無料というのは大変助かる。 地理等も含めてのコスパとしては、良いほうではないかと感じる。 さらに表示

Good thing about this hotel is the aircon temperature is adjustable. Other than that the experience is horrible. My flight delayed 5 hours so i checked in the hotel almost 2am. The reception was very unfriendly and showing attitude, maybe it was because I have disturbed his sleep. Right behind the hotel is a bar, i could clearly hear the music and people talking and laughing. Terrible experience I will never book it again. さらに表示

The location was good very close to the metro station and 10 mins walk to Shinjuku station. The breakfast was good and simple. The staff were polite and friendly. Sometimes language barrier due to english not being their first language. さらに表示

I won't stay here again. Staff were not very friendly. The 'no having company in the rooms policy caught me by nasty surprise and was a total buzzkill'. Free continental breakfast is pitiful. The best thing about this hotel is its central location because it's right next to the Shinjuku Sanchome metro station. There are a lot of good eateries in the neighbourhood as well. While on the outside the hotel doesn't look particularly new and modern, the facilities within are well-maintained and clean. I enjoyed my stay here. さらに表示

Stayed 4 nights in their standard double room. Bed is too small for two persons and thus not comfortable to sleep on. I strongly encourage you to book their twin room if possible for two travellers. Nevertheless, their room is clean and neat. Breakfast included is very basic. Bread and Croissant provided with free flow of coffee, tea and milk. Free wifi is strong and stable. It's quite a distance from the main JR Shinjuku station. However, the underground pass is easily accessible to and fro from hotel to subway station. Use exit C8. Quite a lot of good eateries and convenience stores around the hotel. さらに表示
