自由が丘周辺住民でしたが、引っ越しの為たまたま見付けた「広い客室のホテル」 本当にお気に入り＆お勧めホテルに成りました。 チェックインの時から、スタッフさんの対応の素晴らしさでまず感動。　雰囲気が良く広々とした客室に感動。 ルームサービスがあることに感動、そして味に感動。　交通の便もとても良いです。駅までは10分ほど歩きますが、目の前を多方面行きのバスが無数に走っているので大丈夫。　おススメです！ さらに表示

一度、宿泊してみたいと思っていたホテルでした。 シングルルームを利用しましたが、窓が大きく、実際の大きさよりもひろく感じることができ 開放的な空間です。 ベッドも大きくて快適でした。 １Fにペットサロンがあり、犬好きには楽しめるショップです。 立地は駅から少し遠いということは否めませんが、 ビジネス以外で利用したいと思います。 さらに表示

お部屋はスタイリッシュで素敵ではありましたが、お風呂がなくシャワーのみなのは残念でした。ホテル全体もお部屋もなんとなく寒々した感じ。明かりがマックスにしても少し暗いかなと思いました。 お食事は夕食をライトコースで予約しておりましたが、量が思いのほか少なかったのです。味は美味しく、盛り付けはおしゃれでした。 さらに表示

Claska is located in Meguro, a quick bus ride and 1 stop away from Shibuya. Its position (adjacent to excitement but quiet at night) makes it a very restful place to stay in Tokyo. The public areas could use some renovation, like the carpeting and paint in the hallways. These details make a big difference in the overall impression of the hotel. But the staff is top-notch, very helpful, easy and quick to communicate. The restaurant is very solid as well with a good breakfast. On two different occasions during my stay it was booked for private events, although the staff did invite guests to come have a drink for one of them, which was very nice. The rooftop terrace gives a good view, but it's empty of any place to sit or stay and is just a large deck. Overall, with the thoughtful finishes in the rooms, the clean design and excellent service, I would gladly stay here again. さらに表示

very boutique and artsy fartsy. there's a dog grooming centre, a cafe at which im sure the local yuppies hang out at and an overpriced degisner retail store. what else can scream boutique more? we booked a tatami room and loved it. it was warm, which we were very grateful for, as it winter season. different flavour tea sachets were provided. the room was clean and bright. the toilet had separate shower and wash area. さらに表示

The hotel is in a quiet and charming neighborhood with relatively convenient bus access to Meguro Station. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable although the common areas could use an update. The cafe food was delicious and the staff were pleasant and helpful. For Tokyo hotels the value was relatively good and the experience of staying in a unique design hotel was worthwhile. さらに表示

Aside from it's location being slightly out of the way, especially when we had only 2 person with 6 luggages. This hotel is excellent for their room cleanliness, size, their ultra attentive and friendly staffs who are always more than willing to go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay. Room designs are extremely beautiful and big (for tokyo standard). Very Zen like with tatami etc. Meguro is also a place to explore if any of you have the time to. さらに表示

Great service. Clean and comfortable. Nice gallery at top level and nice design shop in the lower level. Great place to have coffee or dine-in at the restaurant. 10-15min walk to train station and need to transfer to other train lines if you are going into town area. さらに表示

The staff was great and the food at the restaurant was good, but the hotel itself is run down and far away from the city center. The beds are super hard. The room is noisy due to the air conditioner and there was a smell in the room. No iron in the room. This hotel is advertised as a 4 star but I would say it is about a 2.5 or 3 star hotel. We stayed in Tatami room in hotel Claska for four nights. The room is clean and spacious. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast options are great. It is a bit away from stations but it is within 15 mins walk from a subway line. It was a great experience staying here. さらに表示

While I was looking for accommodations during my trip to Japan, I was looking for a Japanese-style interior and a large room when I saw the hotel. The Clarence Hotel was equipped with the interior I wanted and checked in early on the day of the reservation. We didn't enter the room, but we kept our luggage and brought it to our quarters when we checked in. I explained in kind and in detail how to get from the hotel counter to Shibuya and Ginza. Thanks to this, transportation was not inconvenient at all because it was convenient and easy to move. The hotel guests rented two bicycles for free, so they could enjoy leisurely sightseeing with the camera. I applied for breakfast, but I arrived at my hotel a little later than time, but we prepared breakfast in time for my return to my hotel, and the room service was the best. Thanks to the Klaska Hotel, it became an unforgettable trip to Japan. I heartily thank you. This is the hotel I would like to recommend to others. さらに表示

Staff were friendly and helpful. Our hotel room was nicely designed but I was surprised at the condition of the walls which were very chipped, marked and dirty. For the amount we paid, a fresh coat of paint was desperately needed. The outside wooden terrace was also in poor condition with exposed screws. We dined at the restaurant twice - food was expensive and perhaps a little rich for our taste. There is a gorgeous homewares and clothing shop on Level 2 which is worth spending time (and money) in. I had an amazing experience in Tokyo because of Claska, it is in a very traditional Japanese neighbourhood and surrounded by nice restaurants and coffee shops. The best thing is the room, much better and bigger than any other hotel. I can't express how happy I am with my experience at Claska. I'm a fan of boutique hotels and pretty happy with Claska, will make this my to go hotel in Tokyo! さらに表示

Lovely stylish hotel located in an interesting and lively area Though a bit far from useful transport links after a tiring day sightseeing!
