アパートメントタイプのホテルで、洗濯機やキッチンなども揃っていてとても良かったです。部屋も清潔でゆっくり過ごすことができました。京都駅の八条口からすぐのところにあり、周りにもいくつかのコンビニがあって便利でした。スタッフの方々もいつも親切に対応してくれて、最終日にも荷物を預けさせてくれて助かりました。寝間着がなかったので、用意していった方がいいです。 さらに表示

10 minutes walk from Kyoto sation, Staff are nice, Room is BIG! Netflex available (But the big room and netflex channel are only availalbe in the 4 ppl room, later i change to a smaller room, it is just a normal small room and no netflex). Short walking distance to Kyoto Station, with Aventi Shopping Mall in front and three convenience store (Daily, Lawson and Family Mart) nearby. The apartment room is reasonably sized. Love the convenience of having a washing machine within the apartment and a balcony for drying clothes. Cooking utensil and cutlery are clean. Double bed is just enough for two and slightly firm. Was a little fearful that the bed frame might collapse as there was a squeaky sound when lying on it. This is a hotel that I would like to return to if I visit Kyoto again. さらに表示

Really convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The room is also quite spacious for 2 people, considering Japanese standards. It came fully equipped with kitchen equipment and washing machine. Recommended! さらに表示

Pros: very near to Kyoto Main station and convenient if you are looking to using train a lot. There is a Don Quijitos store in the mall just across the road and a family mart down the hotel. More spacious than average hotel. Cons: The room is a little old and worn out. No bottled water provided in the room except a water machine at lobby to fill your own bottle. No attractions nearby. I would stay here again only if I need to be near Kyoto station. Otherwise I would book in Gion next time! さらに表示

Can't say how much I love this place. Very convenient and comfortable. located near Kyoto station and there are couple convenient stores around the hotel. They have almost everything you need in their apartment-style hotel room; Washing machine, fridge, stove, microwave, wide-screen TV, cell phone (believe it or not, you can make free phone call, local and international and I can even bring it out with me to use as an internet hotspot). There is also a balcony in my room which is really awesome, you'd rarely get a balcony when you stay in a hotel in Japan. さらに表示

Very close to rail station and airport bus. Your own kitchen, fridge, micro, washing machine. Even a mobile phone with internet and calls for free that you can take out and around town. Worth the little extra for added facilities. さらに表示

The location was close to Kyoto station. Few convinience store nearby. The room was clean however no cleaning service provided throughout our stay. You will need to throw away your own trash at the provided location. Instructions were easy to understand however some of the items were not the same so the hotel may need to update that. They do provide all the necessary amenities like towels, toothbrush, shampoo & soap. There is a washing machine provided as well with a small box of detergent. Space is enough for 2 people and there was room for the luggages. Overall it was a good stay. さらに表示

The hotel location is excellent, just few minutes walk from the station. The room is clean. The staff is helpful especially for the girl who speaks chinese at night shift, so welcoming and helpful. Definitely sill stay in this hotel when i travel to Kyoto next time. さらに表示

This place is a steal! It's a great hotel with a bnb/flat rental model instead of standard hotel rooms. Tons of space for the price by Japanese standards. Location is excellent- right by Kyoto station and tons of food and shopping. Historic area is easily accessible just a stop up the line. さらに表示

The room we booked was huge and had 2 double beds so it was perfect because we were travelling with a toddler. It was clean and spacious so our little one could run around and play and they had good facilities like washing machine and microwave. The only thing was you had to throw away your own rubbish outside yourself. With so many nappies to throw away everyday I found it very tedious that I had to do this myself despite paying the high premium for the hotel, but I guess I was paying for the location and convenience? The location was so convenient for those wanting to travel around the Kansai area. 2mins walk to Kyoto Station where all the major train and subway connections are. They were also many restaurants, drug stores, convenience stores nearby and the Avanti Mall and Aeon Mall both a short walk. Finally the staff were welcoming and friendly and helpful. In particular a girl called Shichao, she was there when we arrived and was very kind and helpful. さらに表示

friendly staffs can speak japanese, english, chinese. separate toilet & shower, kitchen in room. near to AEON, we cook everyday. pot, dishes, chopsticks, knifes & forks are available, no oil or condiments. No room service, you must throw the rubbish by yourself. will stay here again. さらに表示

This place is great. Beautiful room, super clean, nice building, friendly English-speaking staff, near train station. Easy home base for exploring all the nearby sites around Kyoto. Located just 5 min-walk from Kyoto Station, its location has added much value to the hotel. The hotel doesn't have a attractive appearance from outside but its interior is very very GOOD. It resembles a hostel with kitchen and utensils inside. The bedroom is fantastic and elegant, and very big indeed. Bed is wonderfully comfortable and its air-con as well. I would say this is the best hotel/hostel I've ever had in Japan if you are looking for a relaxing night. さらに表示

Location is good. Just know that the apartment/hotel is located at the back of kyoto station. If you exit the central exit, you have to find your way out through the underground walk way. Took us sometime to figure this out since if you are exiting Kyoto station, you'd be exiting most likely from the front or central exit. But overall, staff are courteous and explain things to us such as how to use the door/lock system, etc. It it also located close to convenience stores and restaurants.
