Room is huge with washing machine to do your laundry. Location is also very good, less than 5mins walk to kyoto station. This makes travelling around Kyoto very convenient. The only downside is that they dont do cleaning every day and the toilet smells like urine. さらに表示

We give this apartment-hotel an overall good rating. Although it is not a hotel per se, i.e., no cleaning service every day but everything else is available such as vacuum cleaner, washing machine, etc. Staff is available from 9-6 and very helpful. Good value for the money. さらに表示

This was a spacious studio apartment with lots of great amenities. It was nice to be able to cook a little and to be able to do laundry. Really superb location next to the train station so going anywhere was a breeze. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores close too. The staff were really nice and helpful. The room was very large by Japanese standards and had all the amenities of an apartment including a balcony with clothes line and washing machine which was really useful. There was also a large TV and couch/coffee table for us to relax. Staff were friendly and check in/out was an easy process. Close to Kyoto Station which is great for travelling around Kyoto. さらに表示

This place is located right off the Kyoto Station stop and is very reasonably priced. It has a complimentary phone that you can use around Kyoto, a washing machine, and a nice sitting area with a small couch. Highly recommend this spot for those traveling on a budget. さらに表示

This facility is absolutely great and also staff is helpful and kind. Apt are really comfortable, a lot of space if compared to all hotel’s room in Japan. Place is clean, it is possible to prepare food. Value for money: For MYR390 a night in a nice spacious apartment near Kyoto station during summer season, it is a good bargain! Location: 5 minutes walk to Kyoto station and 711 and family mart nearby Cleanliness: Clean and spotless :) Staff: Didn't manage to engage a lot with the staff. The friendly girl at the counter gave us the keys to our apartment and registered us and then the next two days the management office was closed due to weekend. Apartment with basic amenities. Toilet has a urine smell when I checked in and when I feedback to staff, she said no cleaning during my stay unless I pay extra. Sure, but shouldn’t it be clean when I checked in? Toothbrush provided was so hard my gums bled. Bed was literally next to the balcony door (cold air seeping through at night) and curtains were dusty. The bed would inevitably have caught the dust. No space to put our luggage. Overall very disappointing. Only booked this apartment due to its location being near to JR. The hotel next door looks more inviting. Have stayed at better Airbnb. さらに表示

We are close to Kyoto station and there's a bus stop to key destinations (eg Nishiki Market, Teramachi shopping street, and the Kyoto Railway Museum) practically on the doorstep. The staff were friendly and helpful and communicated clearly with us before our trip. The room size was great. Big enough for the inflatable bed we brought with us for our son with room to spare. Room was not ready when we wanted to check in. It was also dusty, not very clean, probably because they rushed the cleaning services. However, good point is that staff here can speak English, so no communication barrier. Location was also good, about 5 mins walk from Kyoto station.
