小学校低学年の子供を含め家族5名で2泊しました。5人で使うには広い部屋ではありませんが簡易キッチンと洗濯機（バス室乾燥機能付）、バストイレ別と機能的で必要十分です。駅から徒歩1分。1階にコンビニ。大阪のほぼどこに行くにも30分圏内。ロケーションは完璧です。部屋の隅に埃が残っていたのでそこだけが唯一の減点ポイントですがその他はコスパから考えるとほぼ完璧。素晴らしい旅になりました。 さらに表示

Value for Money. With Hot Shower, Air Con (Didn't Use at 8•C), Microwave Oven, Washing Machine and Attached Bathroom with Small Bathtub. Bottles of Liquid Bath, Shampoo and Conditioner is Provided. Location is Excellent 2Min Walk from Kitahama Station Exit 2. Portable WiFi Router is Provided and There's a 24HR Family Mart Beside the Accommodation Entrance. Doesn't Matter about No Make Up Room Service Available. The Only Issue I Had was How to Turn On the TV. Will Recommend Anyone Visiting Osaka さらに表示

We stayed here for 5 days and we understand it is a self service hotel. The overall experience is okay but let me share some tips to avoid the same issues we had. The place is right above Family Mart a few steps from Kitahama station. We had difficulty finding the place since we arrived midnight. Take note of the keycode because you will need that to open the key box. After we got the key, we did not know how to enter the building until we realized there is another keyslot below the numeric keypad beside the glassdoor. Getting to the unit should be easy with your keys. They wont replace your towers so this hotel is better for short term stays. You also need to be mindful of your trash. No one will visit your unit to clean it so you need to do some cleaning from time to time. The upside is you have washing machine that you can use. They provide a portable wifi that you can bring outside during your trip. You cannot cook but they have a water heater and microwave provided. さらに表示

3 adults with 1 kid. Space was small but not to the point that we couldnt move. Theres still enough room to move about and fix luggage. But would recommend thag this could be more comfortable to a 2 adult set up. But the place is nice and near the stations so would definitely book here again さらに表示

有問題跟屋主詢問都可即時回應，並針對問題做改善，會中文聯繫也是最大的特色。房間內廁所與淋浴間分開設計，也包含廚房可以使用，整體上非常符合自由行旅者的需求。網路每天約500MB，應該是夠用的，沒有甚麼缺點。 さらに表示
