途中で体調が悪くなり、大変でしたが、とても優しくして頂きました。 ロケーション、清潔さもばっちりです。 おススメします。 さらに表示

駅から近く、最初の女性のフロントの方の対応は良かったです。預けた荷物も最初に確認の上、部屋まで運んでくれていました。ただ、部屋の棚に埃が積もっていたのが気になったのと、シャワーヘッドが使用中に取れてびっくりしました。それではめようとしたのですが、いくら回してもしっかりとはまらず…でもまだシャワーの途中だったのでゆるりとはめた状態で使用していたら、またはずれ、足をかすめる感じで落ちました。足の上に落ちなくて良かった…。夜中の出来事だったので、早朝のチェックアウトの時に、シャワーヘッドが取れたことを伝えました所、謝るでもなくそのフロントの方の表情や反応が薄いことにがっかりしました。それにチェックアウトをしてるのに、何の言葉もないので何か確認してるのかなと思ってしばらく待ってたんですが、あまりにもいつまでも何も言ってこないので、もういいんですか？ってこちらが聞くと「はい」と…色んなホテルを利用してきましたが、こんなフロント対応は初めてです。東京に行ってもこちらのホテルは利用しません。 さらに表示

バスタブ付きtwinをchoice。洗面台が狭いのと、二人共にトランクを開けると手狭ではありましたが、畳敷も気持ちよくベッドもフカフカで寝心地良かったです。アメニティgoodsも揃っており、サービスのカフェ類にも満足。交通便も良い立地の中でこの価格帯、おまけに小粋なモダン旅館雰囲気を味わえたので気に入りました(*^^*)ただ、夜間ホテル廻り人通りがない為若干一人歩きは不安かもしれません。 さらに表示

Close to Hibiya lines and Oedo line with 2 block away from JR Okachimachi. Hotel is very new and bright. You can book standard room to get more space.., draw back is there is no hanger in bath room at all, but worth to try private hot bath at the roof top a good price and they provide free VOD Video On demand to your room. さらに表示

The hotel is located near both train station an shopping area. The room is spacious enough for 4 of us (we stayed in Sweet room). The bonus is the hot tube on the roof top which you can enjoy the view of Tokyo Sky Tower. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Love it! さらに表示

The room is well designed in a small place with pretty Japanese style Decos. Staffs are very polite and friendly. You need to walk for 5 to 10 mins from nearby stations. overall very satisfied and want to recommend to my friends. さらに表示

Beautifully decorated hotel; warm and friendly staff; you're given everything you could possibly need to have a nice stay here; only a few mins walk to the Subway station; tons of great restaurants nearby and a convenience store just down the road; small double room IS a squeeze; would be difficult with two large suitcases, we had backpacks and were okay さらに表示

Had a nice and comfortable in the hotel; the room is clean, the staff can speak english(one can speak cantonese too), they are polite and helpful. however, the doublebed room is really too small for 2 ppl, there are no space for us to open our suitcase/table to put things, so it is recommended to book the twin room instead for couple. さらに表示

We stayed in sweet room which is the only room on G floor. The room is big, 2 queen beds, 2 large flatscreen tv, bath tub and shower. The room condition is new and clean. Hot water takes a while to be heat up. We could smell smoke even our room is a non-smoking room, probably smell came from the air way. さらに表示

It is truly a good decision for me to book this hotel. Especially the sweet room. Highly recommendable especially for the first-time traveller to Japan. Very nice and friendly and very accommodating staffs. Clean and very artistic hotel. And the onsen experience was a great bonus. Walkable to Ueno Park and Ameyayokocho. The only downside is that it is a bit hard to find the location of the hotel. But overall, highly recommendable. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family who would travel to Japan. さらに表示
