1、小木屋裡面的每一樣東西都要另外收費！牙膏牙刷毛巾溫泉券！小木屋外的烤肉桌也要額外付費 2、入住時提示必須垃圾分五類回收，我們照辦了，結果退房時還被要求把分類好的垃圾自己提走！ 3、房間裏沒有吹風機。 4、電視機壞掉。 Dear Sirs, We are writing this mail to express our disappointment about the following uncomfortable and unreasonable services: 1. EVERY item in the log cabin requires additional charges including toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, and hot spring tickets! Even the table for barbecue outside the log cabin!! 2. We saw signs which instructed us to sort garbage into five classifications, and we did it. However, while we checked out, we were asked to take out the garbage which we already sorted! 3.
