We were given very good treatment and attention from the lady host. Enjoy the indoor onsen. Have a great dinner at the French restaurant in the same premises. The staff is super attentive and friendly. Food is great. Location is good for slow stroll and there we went for a local cultural show. On the day of departure the lady offered to take pictures for us and see us off at the doorstep and handled us cookies for our ongoing trip. A big thanks to her thoughtfulness and warm hospitality during our stay. さらに表示

Excellent dinner( Japanese & French fusion cuisine) & breakfast. a quiet location near to the shopping street of Yufuin n Lake. Lovely & attentive staffs. Reached the inn on a rainy day, but our shoes that left in the shoe rack were all being dried up n clean by the next morning. Thanks a lot さらに表示

After the packed onsen experience and massive resort in beppu, fumotoya is like an heaven! Greeted and taken care like by family, excellent western dinner and breakfast, room was perfectly clean. It would be a great choice for those looking for intimate local experience! Locating next to Kirin lake so nice if you plan to visit in early morning with 5 mins walk. End of the Main Street , so after some souvenir shopping on the first day, I have 5-min taxi back to JR which juz cost about 7usd ( just if you really care- they have private toilet in each room, just 8 rooms sharing 3 bathrooms with onsen which 2 with outdoor one another 1 will be indoor only One of the outdoor onsen overlooking Mount Yufu - Love it ! ) さらに表示

You MUST try the dinner and breakfast! The room is clean. The staff can speak simple English and understandable. There is three public hotspring and bathroom downstair, which can be used by family with 3-4 members privately. 15mins far from the train terminal but near the main views of the area. さらに表示

private onsen was outstanding. outdoor public onsen was even better, with a great view and the sound of the river. clean large rooms, and good breakfast. only 3 minutes drive from kurokawa, and much better than the more expensive hotels in the town. must try. さらに表示

I want to stay this hotel again. 1. The dinner is 7 course and really nice. 2. all the staffs are very very kind, especially the woman. 3. The location is very good, 5-monite walking distance from the lake. 4. I visited with a baby and they gave my baby small baby meal for breakfast, feeling that they care for very details. 5. very nice onsens, I could use then as private onsen when available. 5 reasons why you definitely choose this place 1. Woman (or grandmother) is super kind even though she isn't good at English. I tried to say thanks in Japanese by using google translater and she freaked out. 2. On the right side of the hotel, there is a fabulous restaurant called Musica. Food is awesome (luxury dinner course) and somehow we ate free of charge. 2 men works here and they are super kind. 3. The place has 3 onsens and 2 of them are located outside. Owesome background with mysterious atmosphere to fully take a rest. 4. On check-out day, the old lady told me "discount!" and gave me 2000Yen. I still don't know why she gave money that I didn't ask for. Now I think she is a mother Teresa. さらに表示

旅館位置十分接近金鄰湖及湯之坪街,遊覽很方便,只需幾分鐘路程便到達,食物材料素質高,烹調細心,晚餐由頭盤主菜到甜品都非常滿意,值得一提,本人check-out時忘了隨身包放在那裡,旅館人員便立即總動員協助尋找,她們還立即致電一位會說國語的人交電話給我即時翻譯溝動,最後原來本人忘了放了在車上,十分不好意思,她們的認真態度十分貼心. 這是一間值得推薦的旅館,本人十分滿意. さらに表示

位置離車站稍遠，但全程也是平路，旅館房間頗大，打開行李後仍然很多活動空間，旅館餐廳早餐和晚餐都很美味，浸溫泉位置也很大很舒適，非常適合二人世界和一家大細入住 さらに表示

旅館在湯之坪尾端，非常清幽，附近有LAWSON還算方便，離金鱗湖步行約3分鐘，佔地利之便。 老奶奶跟老爺爺非常親切，雖然語言不通，但很努力用英文表達，且盡力滿足我們的疑問與需求，讓我們感覺很溫暖。 晚餐與早餐非常美味與豐盛，每一道都很精緻不馬虎，讓人回味無窮。 整體而言，CP值很好，若要再次前往由布院，必定再訪麓舍，十分推薦!!! さらに表示

台灣農曆新年期間入住 似乎只有一間日式塌塌米房，日式床鋪很舒適 茶几的可調式坐墊很舒服，房內有廁所 有三個貸切風呂，其中兩個有露天風呂 總房數不多，所以沒有遇到沒得泡湯的情況 位置在湯之坪街道尾端，離金鱗湖很近 早起前往參觀湖景很方便 往金鱗湖路上還有一家連鎖的豆柴咖啡 晚餐時老闆娘也會提醒隔天適合看湖景的時間 餐食是法式料理，精緻好吃 不會像一般的溫泉旅館晚餐吃到非常飽 可以讓逛湯之坪街道入手的眾多甜點能在宵夜時段解決 如知名的B SPEAK蛋糕最佳賞味期只有當天 傍晚遇到大雨，也有提供雨傘可外出使用 吸菸區在戶外，沒有溫泉旅館不禁菸導致房間有煙味殘留的問題 庭園很漂亮，其中有一個裝置藝術是pokemon go的道館 晚上慢步10分鐘距離有兩家大型超市可以逛，步行2分鐘也有Lawson 有養很多隻貓，所以偶爾在門外會聞到貓尿味 退房時老闆娘還非常熱心的主動幫忙拍照 是由布院過夜非常推薦的一家溫泉旅館 さらに表示

晚餐超超超好吃！簡直值得列入米芝蓮，本來去日本旅遊會想吃日餐多，但這餐絕對不會令你失望，吃得飽飽而且每一道菜都十分十分好吃！物超所值！早餐也好好吃，yogurt應該是自家製的很fresh好好喝。溫泉私隱度高，把門上鎖就可以自己浸，有三個溫泉，其中兩個是露天溫泉。房東太太十分友善，溝通沒啥問題，設施都講解得非常清楚，而且還幫我們抺乾淨行李碌才搬上房，房間和其他設施都十分整潔。唯一小小缺點是地點較遠，從車站推了20多分鐘的路程，因為是暗斜的關係去程推得比較辛苦...不過離金鱗湖十分近。如果是自駕遊人仕更加強推，而且一定要連晚餐！ さらに表示
