価格もリーゾナブルで、ロケーションも最高だが、偶然なのかもしれないが日本人スタッフの対応にがっかりした。ただ立ってるだけならいなくてもいい。むしろ外国人スタッフの方がよほどテキパキと動いていた感じがあり好感が持てた。 さらに表示

新大阪駅直結のホテルは二つありますが、こちらの方が部屋が大きくサービスが充実しています。フロント階に直接行くには歩道橋を渡らなければいけませんが、１階車寄せからアクセスには屋根があります。 レストランも充実して良いホテルだと思います。 さらに表示

This hotel is right next the to North exit of Shin Osaka station which is perfect as it is a major stop for Shinkansen, JR and metro subway so we make it as a base for us when we are traveling to the vicinity. Loads of food options at the train station. Only problem is we are able to hear the train moving when we are back in the hotel at night. さらに表示

Great location for travelling with Shinkansen like us. The hotel is located next to Shin-Osaka Station thus it is really convenient to take the bullet trains. There’re plenty of cafes and restaurants in the train station for breakfast and dinner. There are 2 small supermarkets in the station. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The only thing is my little one’s soft plush Dumbo was missing probably was being wrapped up with bed linens when they changed ours. さらに表示

The hotel is just few steps away from Shin-Osaka station, in which many food stalls and restaurant are available until late at night. A Mcdonald's is at the end of the short walkway from hotel's door to the station. The staff is super friendly and helpful! We asked for hotel's help on sending our baggage to airport hotel and they were very helpful. Will stay here again obviously! さらに表示

I was worried initially since shin-Ōsaka is not as bustling as it’s neighbours in umeda or namba... thankfully I was proven wrong! Many food options within and around the station - even the famous kushikatsu branch is here (with much less people than dotonbori!) Hotel room is comfortable and spacious. Clean, modern and comfortable. Only con is that there was a small sum to be paid at the hotel (tax) even though I already paid upfront - more than happy to do so but I do wish it was more transparent upon booking! さらに表示

Got upgraded room for stay, thanks to the reception staff! The facilities, cleanliness are stunning. This is a hotel with international standard rooms, quite spacious for a Japanese hotel. Location is just great, a minute or two connecting with a walking path to Osaka station. Thanks for the staff arranging contacts to USJ’s lost n found counter to find my loss mobile phone. さらに表示

This was my first trip to Osaka and this hotel have met my expectations. The location is great, room is new and clean. The housekeeping and maintenance of the rooms are very important and this hotel have made it. Staff are very helpful and you feel welcomed. Excellent service. We went to Takayama for a few days and left our luggage’s at the hotel. When we checked in, everything was put in the room without asking and also my reward number were recorded without having to ask again. However , if you are sensitive with the noise, the noise from the train might bother you. I have no issue. They have everything we needed with reasonable prices. さらに表示
