If you take the airport bus, you will drop off at the Shinkansen exit. From there, cross the overhead bridge near Hotel Granvia Hiroshima to the opposite side. Walk towards the Hiroshima Television Corporation. The hotel is in the building next to the Hiroshima Television Corporation. You need to take the lift to the reception. The hotel provides sheet masks for ladies and you can select your choice of drip coffee and tea when you check in. There is an in-house channel that you can check if the coin-operated washing machine is available. The hotel room has usb charging ports so an adapter is not required. There is a 7-eleven in the same building of the hotel and there is also a Lawson nearby. The hotel has polite and helpful staff. You can check out automatically by inserting the hotel room key card into a machine at the lobby. さらに表示

This was my last of 8 different hotels I stayed at while traveling around Japan. Although it is new and very clean I will say this was the worst hotel I stayed at because of the staff at check in. I had multiple issues, some could have been due to miscommunication, but still handled poorly. I had checked in and then put my bags in as I was immediately going out for an appointment. After arriving back I had to re-check in again. I had to fill out the paperwork and provide passports etc again. When I mentioned it was already done by the staff member next to her she got incredibly defensive and was visibly angry with me. I re-checked in and got my room. They put me in a room that had water leakage and was very noisy; something uncommon to deal with in Japan. Overall, I would like to recommend other hotels in Hiroshima if you stay there. If you need to stay near the station the Granvia and Sheraton are much better options. Some may have good experiences at this Daiwa but I sure didn't. さらに表示

It had many amenities that made our stay easy. The bathroom was exceptional - enough room for all our travel items, enough shelf space and hooks. The room also had a tea kettle and drip coffee. The breakfast was remarkable and varied in a very modern light breakfast room. There was someone helping us understand all the choices and what all the unfamiliar delicacies were. I understand that Hiroshima is not on the top list of cities to visit when it comes to sightseeing, but there is a lot of clean sites and this hotel can really help you rest in a very comfortable stay. The rooms were amazingly clean. さらに表示

Everything is ok. Just the staff is not helpful. We had postcards already got the stamps on it. We asked the front desk staff for help with dropping them at the post box and they refused and said that is not part of their service. We are frequent traveller and this is the first time for the hotel to provide this kind of small assistance. さらに表示

This hotel really deserve 5* rating. Friendly receptionist, room interior is like a 5* hotel interior. Everything is so new and the latest design. Check in is smooth, check out is even smoother using the self check out machine. Especially like the shower and bathtub, shower spray is comfortable and taking a shower and filling the bathtub with water doesn't take much time. Been staying at so many hotels.
