博多駅から近く、徒歩で行けるが、荷物が多い時はバスが便利 博多駅前A乗り場から美野島・パナソニック方面に乗車し、美野島１丁目で降車 ゲストハウスの正面玄関は24時間解放されているが、各階の入り口扉に暗証番号入力式のロックがある。 各階にはセキュリィボックスやロッカーは無いため、貴重品は自己責任で管理が必要。 広くないが、共有の電子レンジ、電気ポット、冷蔵庫が完備されており不便はない。 トイレはウォシュレット、シャワールームにはソープ、シャンプー、リンス、タオルが完備されている。 オーナーにも確認をしたが、シャワールームの利用時間帯に制限はなく、いつでも利用可能。 ただし、６人用の部屋に１つなので、他の人の利用と被る恐れがあり、時間に余裕を持って利用するのが良い。 室内も清潔に保たれており、各ベッドでコンセントの利用が可能、無料のWi-Fiもあり、速度も必要十分。 冬は電気毛布が各ベッドに準備されていて、各自自由に利用可能。 地図では線路から近いが、間に一つ建物を挟むため、電車の音はほぼしない。 家族での宿泊には向かないが、リーズナブルに楽しみたい１人旅や、経費を極力抑えたい出張には良い。 さらに表示

チェックイン時にオーナーが宿におらず、自分も含め閉め出されている人間が複数いました。アゴダに連絡を取ってもらい戻ってきました。 チェックイン後、ベッドに番号がふられていない外国人利用客が室内で困っていたのでオーナーを館内中探しましたが再び不在。 夜間も玄関は空いたままだったので外出し、戻ると自分のベッドに他の利用客。何故か他に空いているベッドはなく･･･オーバーブッキング？ 一晩廊下で過ごしましたよ笑。この間ももちろんオーナーは不在です。こんな宿を仲介するアゴダも信用できないし、可能ならば返金してほしいぐらいです。最低最悪です。 さらに表示

最高の場所かと。ただし、事前連絡をしないと誰もいませんし鍵も掛かってるので荷物を持ってる方はすぐ電話したほうがいいです。ドミトリーにしてはシャワールームがきれいで使い勝手が良すぎた位ですかね。 寝心地は凄く良いと思います。また、２F３Fも見てみましたが、階段が急でしたので気をつけて上り下りしないと怪我の恐れがあります。 でも、博多駅周辺としては面白い場所にあったので凄く助かりました。 さらに表示

韓国人の女性経営者が遅い時間に関わらずバス停まで迎えに来てくれてとても助かりました。宿も、あの場所で、この価格なら納得できるものでした。宿泊者もオール韓国人でした。私はソウルにいるようで楽しめました。 さらに表示

管理人が海外の方で、スタッフは常駐せず、指示や案内が曖昧。おまけにエントランス、女性用部屋など、すべての出入り口にセキュリティーなし。またお風呂も問題が起こって男女でシェアする状態。とても身の危険を感じた。設備自体は新しく綺麗だったが、すべてにおいて簡易的で、もう泊まりたいとは思わない。 さらに表示

博多駅から徒歩10分～15分？程度の行ける場所で、値段がかなり安い。 周りのホテルの相場が1万超え当たり前の中、この値段はお得。 ドミトリーで施設も本当にシャワーとトイレくらいしかない、ただの寝る場所でしかないけど、全体的に建物も内装も綺麗で、清潔感はありましたし、寝るだけならまったく問題無いと思います。 ただ、欲を言うとシャワーが時間制限があったようでシャワー出来なかったのが残念。 さらに表示

There's no staff when I arrive there, and it was hard to check in. As I enter the DK house building, I saw the paper of telephone number and Korean SNS account(it's in Japan, though!). I called them, and they taught me how to use the facilities for a few minutes, without considering my telephone fees! Also they don't lock the door at night, which enables even the strangers enter the dorm! Only the positive point is cleanliness. But if there's no security and staffs, I won't stay here again. さらに表示

Stayed in a female dorm for 6 - at 3:45am there were guests checking in & talking loudly but the most ridiculous thing happened at almost 5am when a Korean MAN came in to sleep on the upper bunk! Although the other Korean ladies in the room asked him to leave, he refused & continued to stay. He was soon snoring away whereas the ladies stayed awake & most pack up to leave at day break. There is only 1 shower on 2nd floor (male dorm) shared by all! Male & female took turns at certain hours to shower. The shower room door cannot be locked. According to the owner, there is construction going on but I could not see where are the other shower areas. The shampoo & soap bottles were empty and there was no hot water! This place is not even worth a rating. Read the mixed reviews but had no other choices as Hakata was fully booked. I am just very grateful that I had to stay only 1 night. さらに表示

This is the worst hostel i've ever experience! There was no staff upon arrival and the only way to contact the owner was by Korean chat application. With thanks to my body language skill, one of the Korean guest contacted the staff for me. And that was the only one time that I met him. The hostel is walkable far from Hakata station. So spare your energy to walk and run the checkin process as you will be abandoned for the entire stay. The room is so small and there is only one toilet for the entire building in the male dorm room. If you are male traveller, it will be very annoying to have people coming in and out all night long for the only toilet in your room. I also had a big fight with another guest regarding to the A/C issue. I've paid the A/C dorm with no A/C just to satisfy my dormmate for 3 nights!. As mentioned, there was no staff to support my right to get A/C or do the bed move. The only thing good is its cleanliness. However, as I cannot sleep in the unbreathable humid room, my bed became the clean lugguage store and I decided to hangout nightlife in Fukuoka instead (there is no locker in the place). To sum up, dont choose this! This is my first review on Agoda as it's not acceptable at all. It is better to sleep in dirty room rather than this abandoned hostel! さらに表示
