サービスが良すぎて、滞在中とても快適に過ごせました。ロビーには無料で使えるパソコンやタブレット、ドリンクなど、どこに行こうか困ったときは活用させてもらいました。またお部屋も奇麗でアメニティー、充電器等も完全にそろっていて、言うことなしです。女性客には化粧品のサンプルプレゼントがあり嬉しかったです。スタッフの皆さんも親切丁寧に対応してもらって感激しました。あと、期間限定で夜食に無料ラーメン＆ビールサービスっていうのもあっておもしろかったです。 立地は道頓堀の一番栄えている通りからすぐで、駅からも近く便利でした。また利用したいです。 さらに表示

両替所、レストラン、コンビニなど旅行者が必要な施設が周辺に集中してしまいます。近くに古くからある日本の旅行社ご用達の観光ホテルがあるので、近所のお店など、日本人に慣れています。部屋はシンプルですが、きちんとお掃除してくれますしお湯もちゃんと出ます。タオルも清潔です。寝るだけなら全く問題ありません。一つ難を言えば、場所が分かりにくいのでタクシーの運転手に住所を伝え、降りてからホテルに電話するのがベスト。でも、一度行けば大丈夫です。 さらに表示

新大阪へのアクセスがとても良い。地下鉄の駅も近くまわりにコンビニも多く普段使うには便利です。ただ部屋がやはりちょっと狭くて値段の割には部屋の狭さが気になります。ただ会社員の出張には便利だと思います。 さらに表示

LOVE THE FREE RAMEN, BEER AND WINE THEY PROVIDED EVERY NIGHT!!! Fresh cooked ramen and asahi draft beer. Just the best combo after a tiring day out exploring japan! Right in the middle of dotonbori, super convenient with everything near you!!! Easy to locate cause of the statues outside too! One of the best experiences I had. PROS - Probably the most thoughtful and cosiest hotel ever. They provide free ramen every night for supper at 1030pm, there's free beverages at the lobby and free soft drinks in every room. There are weighing machines at every lobby too. The location is amazing, just 5mins from the airport OCAT transfer (1900yen two way) and lots of food and shopping near by. The staff are warm and multi-lingual. CONS - Expect loud and not the most refined crowds of tourists, children and noise usually. It's not for those who need peace and quiet. There is no view from your tiny room and when I mean tiny, I mean forget personal space period. The rooms are generally clean but the wardrobe floor is dusty. The worst part of the hotel is their horrible flat and lumpy pillows that would give you a severe neck ache the next day. They let you change but it doesn't help. But that's how much I like this hotel that I'm willing to suffer all of the above. さらに表示

Strategic location just few minutes to Glico sign, near to lawson and very yummy ramen. The room is small who have 2 big luggage but still acceptable, the services are so good with free ramen, coffee, beer at the night and they have massage chair which is very helpfull for me after walking all day long. We really enjoy our stay in dotonburi, it so close to dotonburi crowd, shinsaibashi area, kuromon market, but not in the loud place.. It just perfect! The hotel also have facility like wearing kimono, trying Japanese food, all you can eat ramen n bear every day, and all for free.. We got all mini bar for free and also they offer bycycle if we need.. We enjoy our stay here and will def. go back here.. さらに表示

Location is fab. Triple room is small for 3 adults but was clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t great but good enough to start the day. Nightly ramen, beer, red and white wine is definitely a plus point of this hotel. All beverages in fridge is on the house too. さらに表示

I travelled here alone to watch a concert and the location was great. Train to airport was close by and lots of food around. The free flow of beer and ramen were definitely a plus point. The currency exchange rates offered at the hotel were also competitive and useful since there aren't many currency exchangers around Osaka. All in all, a great stay. Enjoyed the close proximity to dotonburi & lots of happenings around our hotel. Travelling to & fro from the Namba station to many places of interests was easy too. From exit 25, only 5 mins walk back to hotel. Hotel staff were friendly & helpful. Many staff are able to speak Mandarin or English. Special thanks to Ms Ko & a Chinese speaking staff from Taiwan. They helped to answer many of our travel routes enquiries and recommended a good restaurant. The hotel also provides free ramen,wine & beer at 10.30pm every nite. Enjoyed it all & especially the massage chairs after a day of walking. Overall, a really pleasant stay, though last 2 nites we experienced no water supply issue, they were quick to make arrangements to help us. A big thank you to all staff & management of Dotonbori Hotel to make our stay in Osaka a wonderful experience. . さらに表示

Perfect location, accessible to night happenings and shopping area. A lot of restaurants nearby to choose from. Hotels staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Wonderful value added service, from free various welcome drinks , to free ramen and beer, massage and other activities. We had a wonderful stay. Hotel is quite old and with the same price point, I could have chosen another hotel within the same vicinity. Location is excellent since it is close to Dotonbori hence the name of the hotel. Quite crowded too when we were there. さらに表示

Located close to Osaka-Namba station and along the Dotonburi, you can't beat the value of the hotel. Walk right outside at night and you're at the liveliest place in Osaka for food lovers. The hotel also offers a lot of amenities, including free drinks in the mini-fridge in your room and free ramen in the lobby. We didn't eat try their breakfast (which you have to pay for, standard). The hotel rooms are a bit old, but nevertheless clean. Rooms are cramped and tiny as to be expected in Japan. Staff service was amazing, also to be expected in Japan, but we appreciated all the same. Highly recommend to anyone staying Osaka and wanting to spend their nights out at Dotonburi. You can drink away and stagger back to your room safely. さらに表示

This hotel is extremely well-situated to access all that Dotonburi has to offer. We loved the late night Ramen happy hour (get in line for that early) and breakfast, which was a great value especially for the options at the buffet. We explored Dotonburi both at night and in the morning/lunchtime and were able to leave our bags with the front desk when we checked out. Would stay again for sure! さらに表示
