チェックインが遅くなってしまったのですが、わざわざスタッフの方が京都駅まで迎えに来てくれました。徒歩で行ける距離なのですが、夜道な上に迷ってしまわないか不安だったので、ありがたかったです！ 部屋は綺麗で雰囲気も良く、タオルやドライヤー、浴衣等が揃っていたので快適に過ごせました。機会があればまた利用したいです。 さらに表示

Friendly service, English speaking front desk. Location is walking distance to train station, and in a nice quite neighborhood. Bathroom is bigger than other small hotel we tried. Arrived early before checking time & we just need to follow the self service instructions to leave out luggage there, and go wandering about town. Love it!! さらに表示

Location is good as it located nearby the Kyoto station. Ryokan style room experience was good which the hotel provided a Yutaka (Japanese Attire) for visitors to try on. There is a coin laundry available which really help during my stay. Overall, this is a good hotel for visitors who want to experience the Ryokan style hotel. さらに表示

The location is great, 5 minutes to Kyoto station and 5 minutes to the Aeon mall. It’s a quiet neighbourhood. The room is relatively large but we were a bit disappointed that there is no hot spring in the flat. さらに表示

Was in Kyoto during the Golden Festival. Last minute booking. All the hotels we’re unavailable or rates were very high. So glad to find an affordable clean place in a quiet neighbourhood. Great friendly staff. Room is small but love the traditional style and efficient use of space. I also love that it has a private bathroom. I would stay here again. We got lost trying to find the place but it’s so close to the train station everyone we asked were very helpful. A man walking his dog around the neighbourhood walked with us until we found the place. Would stay here again and recommend my friends to stay here. Very close to everything. Mall nearby. さらに表示

We loved the experience the futon and tea drinking wearing traditional yakuta . The room was small and the bathroom was really extra small but practical. It was very quiet and very well located close to all transportation and Kyoto station. They were very welcoming. It was easy to bring milk for our toddler and store it in their fridge. The breakfast at Non Non beside with the lovely elderly Japanese ladies was convenient. There is also a family Japanese restaurant at the end of the road and cute bars around. I will not recommend it for young children as it is really only for sleeping at night. The last night we were up at 8 am as my toddler wake up early and some guests were unhappy as we were making too much noise apparently. So not with young children. The staff was great though. さらに表示

a lovely modern ryokan for those who would like to experience japanese inn style. location was great. just a 6min walk from kyoto station. staff was friendly, allowed us to drop baggage before check in. room is just nice for 2 pax, 3 would be a little too tight. toilet is nice, small but its fine as its common in japan. i would stay again next time. さらに表示

A little hard to find for the first time as it seems to be in some sort of smaller alley way. Once you find it though, it’s perfect. Maria was SO helpful and wonderful, same with Yifan and the other guy with the glasses.. I was blown away by the hospitality. Maria showed us Bus routes, best landmarks to visit, and the gu with the glasses (sorry man I forgot your name) was so helpful too. You guys won’t regret staying here . Value for money 11/10. さらに表示

Location – Great, reason why I booked this place! It is 7’straight line walk to Kyoto station, about 4 blocks. The location can be confusing to cab drivers, so please follow the PDF directions the hotel staff sends ahead of check in. Service – Best part of my experience here! Memorable friendly service, organized hotel staff. Maria, at the front desk, whom we interacted with the most, was very nice. The staff went above and beyond by agreeing to keep our luggage for a day prior to check in, so we could travel light for an overnight trip to Hiroshima. They kept it in the room designated for us ahead of our check in. Moreover, Maria agreed to take out our laundry from the drier while we were off sightseeing - they have limited laundry hours to not disturb inmates. The front desk had local flyers for several interesting Kyoto cultural sightseeing options for something different than the generic touristy experience (alas, my schedule didn’t permit any). Comfort - Lodging is simple, comfortable, with no frills. This is basically a large house fashioned into a ryokan with a few rooms. Space is a bit tight. This place does not have meal offerings, although it is a ryokan. Also bedding is to be made on the tatami floors by ryokan guests (as is normal for ryokans). The only downside was that the safe in our room did not seem to work – we had to have front desk open it for us after putting our items in there, which was an inconvenience. さらに表示

The ryokan was near kyoto station and subway, so perfect for travelling around kyoto and further afield. The lady in reception was lovely and very helpful. Having the coin washer and dryer was handy and only cost 200 yen for a wash plus 100 yen per 30 mins of drying time. The rooms were tidied daily and fresh amenities placed in the room and bathroom. The yukata were lovely and perfect for wearing around the room. The futons were surprisingly comfortable and all information about how to wear yukata and set up futon beds etc. Was in a handbook in the room. さらに表示

i was there in the early of NOV 2019, and i wanted my girlfriend to have a chance to experience ryokan while we were in Kyoto, but most of the ryokan don't have a private bathroom, not to burst my budget so i ended up choosing this at the end. i was a bit worried because i fear this will not give enough the feeling of staying in a really traditional ryokan (this is not my first ryokan stay), this ryokan is a 3 stories building but i was wrong. it is such a lovely ryokan with a modern touch that i like so much, the room layout and design had my girlfriend in wow when we first stepped in, and it comes with a private bathroom with yukata provided, everything u expect from a ryokan on an affordable price. not to say the location is so strategic that it is on a walking distance to Kyoto station but a quite surroundings that u can sleep in soundly at night. :) さらに表示
