The hotel is just opposite the train station, very convenient. The condition of the resort is average, the staffs are helpful especially in the restaurant. The free shuttle buss bus stop is just in front of the hotel. I would suggest booked the hotel with meals during winter. さらに表示

Nice ryokan experience. We didn’t use the Onsen though, but payment is a must for booking this hotel.. stayed only for a night. Nearby restaurants close early at 7am. Pros -Extremely near to JR station less than 150m away. - Family mart just in front of hotel - games for hotel guest to play. DIY on their own and got prizes to win - rooms are big - food is good. Breakfast and dinner provided however breakfast and dinner almost the same meaning eating rice in the morning. - love the outdoor onsen, facing the mountain - got massage chair and massage leg need to insert 100yen - free cold water provided outside the onsen - snacks provided for guest in the room. - it was snowing on our last day Cons - consider quite expensive $900 per nite but i think the food provided is pretty expensive - no laundry room No other complaints People are friendly and umbrella provided for free usage. English understanding is limited. Behind the hotel, u can ski and kids can make snowballs with equipment provided for free. I tried to check in at 1 but was told I had to wait 2 hours. I know they were not sold out the night before so that was annoying. Also, might be my bad but when I heard outdoor bath, I pictured hot tub. The water was hot and it was awesome- partly because nobody else was there. It was not until halfway through hanging out in it on night #2 that I saw a sign telling me that underwear were not welcome. Kind of odd for me. That's all. I then checked out the indoor / public bath and yup, there were like 5 naked dudes and some kids in there. No thanks. Chilling may be one thing but they were actually bathing. さらに表示

this is a small hotel, perfect in its own ways. not all the staff are conversant in english but they have a little gadget that is able to translate english-japanese, both ways. if you need ski equipment / clothes/ boots, they can arrange for a ski shop to pick you up. good 1 stop service. rooms are clean and cosy. onsen is small but adequate. overall a good stay for me and my family さらに表示

Great location of the hotel. I travelled with 2 year and 7 year. The hotel was great enough to provide vegetarian food for all of us. A 7 eleven opposite to the hotel makes everything that you can get. There is also a small mall in the station were you can find Italian food さらに表示

A conveniently located ryokan which is reasonably priced rates with sumptuous breakfast and dinner included. The buses to Gala Yuzawa and Naspa stops in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and staff were very friendly and helpful before and during my stay. さらに表示

Visited the Yuzawa Onsen during winter in the skiing season. The hotel is located just opposite the station and the bus stop with the shuttle buses to the various ski resorts like GALA Yuzawa, Yuzawa Kogen and Naeba is just in front of the hotel. The room I was given is very spacious and have a view of the station and the surrounding hills and mountains. There are two hot spring baths in the hotel. There is a small hot spring bath on the upper floors separate from the indoor baths which are on another floor. I booked with a half-board plan and both dinner and breakfast were sumptuous and beautifully presented. The rice is a signature of this region and it was really good. If you are not keen on a heavy meal, you could opt for meals at the station which are rather affordable and open till rather late. Overall, I had a enjoyable and comfortable stay at Echigo no Oyado Inamoto. さらに表示

Clean and Tidy room. Extremely polite and helpful staff, some with great English. Nice public hotspring seeing snowy mountain. Great local dinner and breakfast. 5 minute walk from JR station. 5 minute walk to a ski site. Close to bus station to Naeba ski resort. Lots of restaurants in nearby streets and in the JR station. Hotel location is very good, the service is well, in the hotel 2 staff is good English and Japanese food 1 day is not good and 1 day is delicious. The Gala shuttle bus is in front of the hotel main door, another ski facility is behind the hotel just around 5 mins distance. The hotel SPA is very nice, very relax, i feel enjoy in this trip. さらに表示

A very clean and friendly hotel. Location is super convenient and is just a few mins walk from echigo yuzawa station. Breakfast and dinner was super tasty and lots of varieties. Could even wear traditional japanese outfit and roam around or sleep at the tatami. Conclusion, is a nice go hotel if you ever go Snow Ski. I will be back! さらに表示
