すごく良い
ロケーションは知恩院の裏手、東山三条。散策するにもとても良い立地。設備は昔は社員寮だったのかな、という感じで狭いが泊まるだけの人であれば無駄に高くなく良いところだと思いました。 さらに表示

以前泊まったことのあるJR奈良駅前のスーパーホテルと似ていました。 基本的な機能は確保しつつ、タオル・シーツは数日おきの交換、ドアは数字を入力する方式などが共通です。 今回のEco and Tecは長期滞在も謳っているだけあって、部屋、冷蔵庫、収納スペースがゆったりとしています。加湿器とポットも無料貸し出しできますが、頼みませんでした。 朝食はなしとなっていますが、１階のコミュニティスペースに行くと、小さめの菓子パン３個が入ったビニール袋が置いてあります。 過剰なサービスはありませんが、フロントの人も皆フレンドリーでした。 さらに表示

it is a nice little hotel in the residential area, makes you feel a part of the community. not far from Higashiyama station, with food outlets in the main street. very good facilities, a nice community room to read books and have a free cup of tea. さらに表示

I love this place. Very clean and homey and thr room is bigger than most hotel rooms in Japan. They provide unlimited coffee, bread for breakfast and little snacks. They even have free use of the massage chairs (3) twice a day for 15 minutes. A bit of a walk to get to Gion and other places (15-20) but there are a lot to parks to see during the walk and very safe so it's fine. I highly recommend this place. Friendly staff - English was helpful. Offered great free extras - pastries for breakfast, drinks bar, laundry machines and massage chairs. Located on a lovely quiet street near a beautiful river within 5 mins of the subway and close to convenience stores. Only downside were the stairs, but there are only 3 floors. No wonder this place won great rates from many online platform. Very close to station, clean, nice facility, and helpful staff. The only downside is no elevator. If you carry big luggages, you can try to order room in the lower floor. Great stay! さらに表示

we loved staying in eco & tec, the receptionists are kindly & helpful, the room is very clean. there's no elevator in this hotel & we stayed in 4th floor, the hotel's staff is very kindly helped us lifting our baggages. higashiyama station is about 5 minutes walk. さらに表示

In comparison to other hotels, this venue is well ranked on tripadvisor for a much cheaper price with excellent cleanliness and room conditions. Of course, you pay for what you get. It's a budget hotel but it provides complementary water, tea, and coffee with access to crockery and a microwave. There are a limited number of bags containing 3 small pieces of different breads/buns/pastries for breakfast and free massage chairs. The hotel is accessible from Kyoto station with bus 5. It's also equally close to the Tozai subway line. And it has tourist sites within 5-15 minutes walk. さらに表示

Simple and clean hotel. Rooms are not very fancy and new, but clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff that helped us to plan our trip in kyoto and choose the best transportation for each day. The location is good, and it is easy to walk from the hotel to some of the temples in higashyama area. The hotel provides complementary pastries for breakfast. さらに表示

Great place and nice location just 15-20mins away from city centre. Public transport is handy and nearby. Best part is is location to the temples and shrines on the east side of Kyoto. I was able to spend an entire night by foot just looking at all the night lit temples. English is ok too and helpful staff. The only con I would say is that the WiFi was quiet weak and not really useable in my higher floor room which was right by the stairs. Unsure if my room was just a dead spot for WiFi for potential interference from other travelers devices. In the end it was a great stay さらに表示

The room & hotel are well equipped. The best bit is the free laundry with dryers and hangers, and your room balcony has hanging space. The staff are friendly and helpful too. The hotel is 3 minutes walk to Higashiyama subway and 15 minutes walk to Sanjo Keihan where you can get trains to/from Osaka, Fushimi Inari and north to Kurama Onsen. The neighbourhood has some great food - a small pub, yakitori, pizza, and breakfast offerings. The only downside was the hard bed and odd pillows (thin and felt grainy). さらに表示

Small room but clean and quiet and the price was reasonable. Breakfast is plastic wrapped sweet rolls and coffee but it was enough to start the day. Massage chairs in lounge were great after a day of walking the city. さらに表示

Value for money: For a budget hotel, this place should be on top of your list for your Kyoto vacation! The room that we got is very spacious for both you and your things. For its price, I'd say this hotel is top notch! Location: It's right in the area where there are many temples and shrines! It's also near a bus stop which is around 10 minutes to a shopping area! The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for solo travellers. Cleanliness: Being a budget hotel, I didn't expect their hotel to be cleaner than some three-star hotel in my country. Don't get me wrong, their rooms and community area is very clean. Staff: I only saw one to two staff on a given day, but they're all friendly and can understand and speak English. Facilities: They have the essential amenities like free use of massage chairs (you have to use this!), microwave, and laundry machines. They also have free coffee and tea. The hotel is near the underground train station. It is clean though no room service everyday. It is in principal a self-service hotel and there is no lift so you have to carry your baggage and walk up the staircase. The breakfast is very simple and just a small pack of bread. There are lots of restaurants nearby however most of them closed very early. Despite the above, the hotel is really quiet and cozy. Had a great stay- best area if you want to be in the middle of the cultural district of Kyoto. Hotel was great- tea and coffee whenever you want, massage chairs, free laundry. Only complaint was a very very noisy group of visitors who kept us up with a big chat party in the halls, but not really the fault of the hotel. Thanks Eco and Tec! さらに表示
