夕食なし　朝食付きのプランでした。夕食は併設の居酒屋で串焼き、地酒などゆっくり楽しめました。朝食は肉や魚がなくて少し寂しい感じもしますが、温泉卵が美味でした。外国の方は健康的なローカルフードとして日本的な楽しみがあるのでは？ さらに表示

当旅館を利用させて頂いた際、彼女にサプライズを仕掛けるために、隠れて荷物を郵送させていただきました。 その際、隠れて荷物を受け取ることを快く引き受けて下さり、無事サプライズが成功しました。 その他にもわがままを言ったのですが聞いてくださり、とても楽しく思い出深い宿泊となりました。 次回も、湯布院に旅行に行く際は利用させていただきたいと思いました。 さらに表示

Beautiful house with good atmosphere. Room is nice with creek view. The house is on the main street, there’s a 7-11 very close to the house. Breakfast is nice, cute cats walks around the house. The outdoor onsen is very comfortable. But the family onsen is not warm enough. Each room will offer ice & cold water which is super considerate. There is no elevator in the house but the staff will carry the luggage’s for you. But you’ll have to carry it on yourself when check out. There is no curfew, free to walk out any time. Smoking area is outside the front door, you can enjoy the creek view while smoking. If there’s second time to visit Yufuin, this house is still the first choice! さらに表示

Generally speaking, we feel satisfied with the hotel and the service. The room is clean and big, but the hot spring isn't really very attractive while the water isn't hot enough. The first breakfast has only fried tofu, egg, and Japanese salted vegetables, for some people who do not like eating salted vegetables will be a problem. The second day's breakfast has salmon, that's better. I will recommend to friends if your budget isnt big. さらに表示

Staff was polite, but curt and straightforward. Basically how I felt was, you stay at their Ryokan and listen to whatever they say. Dinner option is quite pricey, about 5000yen and breakfast was about 1000 yen. There’s a nice view of the mountains in the morning and a nice breadshop nearby which is very popular. I think if you book earlier, you can get better option nearer to the JR , so you will not need to luge your luggage for 10 minutes along the pavement. さらに表示

We at first booked another hotel by 2018.June, but the other hotel changed its policy without noticing us that no child is allowed anymore. I found it just 1 day before my credit card will be charged. So I booked Enokiya Ryokan just one week before. The staffs are very friendly and replied my questions promptly. I am very impressive about their service before I checked in already. We checked in just at 3pm, and the family hot spring is available, so our family had a nice bath and hot spring experience. After dinner, we return back to hotel. The location is beside the river, and very quiet. However, it is not far from the main shopping street. It’s near a supermarket, a 7-11, and just few minutes walk to the lake. The room is big and comfy. My 3yrs boy loves this place and the futon so much that he wants to stay longer. Thanks for hosting, and provide us a quiet and nice place to stay. The house is tradition old Japanese style, but the room is clean and neat. Breakfast tastes really good, we love to miss the egg with hot rice, and adding a little bit of miso. Yummy! We strongly recommended, and sure would love to come back again. さらに表示

nice frontdesk service, thoguth the public hotspring is feasible, you can lock the door yourself and it became a private one, quite fun. By the way, the hotel is just near a nice creek, you can just hear the bickering around your room and I think it's the best lullaby for you. Last but not least, there's a large cheey tree just near our windows, I think it's pretty awsome if it's in blossom. さらに表示

It was a nice surprise. The room was wide and spacious. The lobby is an old traditional house but the hotel facility is new. Breakfast is extra but it’s worth paying for. The grilled miso for rice topping was really delicious as well as the tamago. Would come back again. Btw no elevators but this isn’t an issue for me さらに表示

i and my mom really liked this ryokan because, 1. the staff were very kind, esp. the host can speak in English 2. the location was perfect for us to go to Acoop, Cosmos, Kinrinko lake, and the main street 3. river view room was great when we stayed in the room with sunrise& sunset 4. the hot spring was good enough to relax but it was somewhat less hot at night and felt cold さらに表示

The room is big compared to hotel. We have room with the river view. We are recommended to see fireflies (seasonal 730 pm to 830 pm) by hotel staff. There are many shops nearby including Yufuin Floral Village. Love this town. Do be warn, the shops closed around 5 pm and do book your dinner if you do not want to eat instant cup a noodle available at convenient store. さらに表示

We were going to the hotel by foot, when suddendly they asked us the hotel name, and they drived us to the ryokan! Really nice staff! They also speak english. Be aware there aren't lots of restaurants open after 18:00. You may find some by walking towards the JR station or you should buy and book a dinner with them. It also really close to the "Yufuin floral village", where you can visit the (small) Kiki's Bakery (Ghibli fans know what I'm talking about)! さらに表示

Very helpful staff, the ladies helped to bring my heavy luggage up the 2nd floor, & brought it down when I check-out, helped to call taxi to bus station etc. They gave me a room with river view & flowers at the window.
