建物設備は新しいので綺麗です。場所も便利なところです。 スタッフさんも感じがいいとは思います。 でもチェックイン15時に行っても部屋の用意が済んでいないと言われ外出したのですが、16時過ぎて戻ってきたらまだできていないとのことでラウンジで待ちました。 10分程度待った後客室へ入ると異様な臭いがする。カレーの臭いが充満している。 待たされた原因はこれかとも思いました。 待つのは仕方がないとしても、時間稼ぎのせいか慣れていないだけなのかわかりませんがチェックインの対応がグダグタで若干イライラしました。 本当は足がとても疲れていて夕飯の予約まで少し休みたいと思っていたのですがそれもほとんどできず。 なぜ待たされのか、カレーの臭いが原因なら始めに臭いがすることだけでもちゃんと説明すべきでは？私たちは我慢しましたが怒る方もいると思います。 朝は無料でパンとコーヒーをいただけるとのことでしたがパンが足りず座るところもなかったのでやめました。 激安のところならいいと思いますが少々安いだけでこの対応、申し訳ないですがまた泊まりたいとは思いません。ごめんなさい。 さらに表示

場所もファシリティも、値段を考えたら充分すぎるほどでした。 枕に髪の毛がついていましたが、フロントに連絡すると、部屋変更しますか？と聞かれ、枕だけ変えていただければいいですと言うと、すぐに取り替えてくれました。 まあ、最初から髪の毛がついていないのが基本ですが、その後の対応は素早く丁寧でしたので、嫌な気持ちはなくなりました。 さらに表示

部屋の中は　コンパクトで清潔 ラウンジで休憩もできて（同じ系列のホテルも使用可能） 朝は、時間があった為　同じ系列のホテルへ 朝食へ行きました。　満足満足 立地も最高です。南座　祇園　錦市場　先斗町　八坂神社　清水寺　知恩院　徒歩圏内 早朝に散歩がてら　ブラリできます。 狭い部屋ですが　上手く考えてつくられている。 シャワルームを使っても、トイレに1滴の水漏れしない。 寝心地も良かったです さらに表示

お部屋は、写真で見るより相当狭いですが、シャワールームとおトイレが別になっているところは、とても良いです。 ロケーションが抜群で、駅からも近いし、祇園の通りのマン真ん中なので無駄なく観光できます。 娘（アメリカ人）が急に具合が悪くなったのですが、スタッフの方が病院を探してくださり、とても助かりました。 夜はバーになるところに、簡単な軽食がおいてあるのは、とても良かったです。 さらに表示

綺麗で清潔感もありました。 歯ブラシ、くし、綿棒やコットンなどの付属品はありません。シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープ、ハンドソープのみあります。 Bluetoothのスピーカーやタブレットが備えてあるのが便利でした。 チェックアウトの際に雨が降っていたのですが、フロントスタッフの方が傘をくださってとても助かりました！ありがとうございます。 また出張の際は利用したいと思いました。 さらに表示

部屋は狭いが機能的で清潔。さりげなく音に定評のあるメーカーのBluetoothスピーカーが置いてあり、スマホをつないで静かに音楽を鳴らして快適に過ごすことができた。水回りにバスタブはないがレインシャワーが贅沢なもので手際良く身支度するには丁度いい設備。スタッフはひとりで様々こなしているようで、フロントで呼んでもなかなか出てこないのは改善すべき。バーは普通過ぎて少々期待はずれだったが、ホテル利用者はチャージが無いのは嬉しい。 さらに表示

The location is in the heart of Gion and stone away from the tourist spots. There are a lot of dining options in the nearby streets and convenience stores as well. The room and bathroom size is pretty small but decent and clean. We enjoyed using the JBL speakers provided in the room. They have complimentary assortments of bread and juice for breakfast. The staff are really helpful with directions and assisting us with our luggage storage after check out. Definitely recommended and will stay here again. さらに表示

The hotel was beautiful. It was very clean and staff were very helpful. Room is very functional and location is top notch as it is very near the train stations and the major shopping and tourist spots. We loved this hotel: the best location right in the center of Gion, the hotel is brand new and room is equipped with private bathroom, there’s a bar on first floor which opens until 1am (too bad we couldn’t try it since we had a kid with us). They have snacks and tea and coffee on first floor that you can take to your room. If you want to spot geisha, just walk around the small alleys around the hotel from 5.30-6pm and you will see many taxis taking geisha to work or dropping them off in nearby restaurants. We stayed in a bunk room because they said all their rooms have bunk beds. Other than that, the room was a bit roomier and has nice features. Their window is kind of tinted and will not allow you a view of the outside to my frustration. さらに表示

The location of this hotel is right at the heart of Gion. It only took us a short 3 mins walk to Hanamikoji and 15 mins walk to Ninenzaka. It is close to shops and restaurants as well. As for our room it was modern, clean and comfy. We forgot the name of the lady at the front desk but, she was very accommodating and helpful to us. Thank you again! We will for sure stay here again the next time we're in Kyoto. さらに表示
