The house is very clean and the location is quite good for looking Mt Fuji. 7 eleven nearby. Also you can walk 5 mins to the Kawaguchiko side and enjoy watching The Fuji. さらに表示

This was the worst experience we've had on lodging. So many problems - shuttle, electricity etc., safety was also a concern. Here for a night. First, shuttle was more than 1hr late without notification and reply to my many emails – waited outdoor in the cold evening. When we got to Zen, electricity went out, breaker likely snapped. No idea why. Sent multiple messages for help but never got a reply to that except for reminders on checking out on time or else we’ll be charged extra. We had to research and learn how to operate breakers in Japan, and also search for the breaker throughout the whole house. Thankfully we were able to restore ourselves or else we would have frozen overnight. No accessible transportation near. Need car. Don't be fooled by the nice look. Owner not responsible and they do not care about the guest or safety if you encounter any problem or have any questions. Not recommended for foreigners. Even after days, owner did noteven reply to our emails asking for help. さらに表示

ถูกใจมากๆ เต็ม 100 เลย เป็นเหมือนบ้านพักตากหิมะ (ตอนเราไปหิมะตก เปิดห้องตากรับหิมะชิลๆ) แต่ต้องมีรถยนต์ เพราะทางเข้าไปบ้านค่อนข้างไกล เดินคงเหนื่อย ปากทางมีเซเว่น บ้านใกล้ระบบล็อคผ่านรหัส ทางผู้เข้าพักจะส่งรหัสให้ทางอีเมล์ก่อนเข้าพักภายในวันนั้น อย่าลืมอ่านอีเมล์ ไม่งั้นจะเข้าบ้านไม่ได้ さらに表示
