If am very impressed with the host and the owners. Unfortunately, I don't have the name of the lady who greeted me when I arrived, but she works till 3 pm. She was extremely helpful and even organized bringing me some foods knowing that I have a special diet. I really enjoyed my stay. さらに表示

I had a fantastic experience It surpassed all my expectations in every way. I was expecting the guest house to have a small Japanese type room but delighted to find it was a fully functioning almost new apartment with balcony in excellent condition. It felt like a home away from home for four nights. The owner Samantha went way beyond anything I have ever experienced in all my travels. She is a warm and very generous person always eager to help. As a solo traveller I really appreciated her kindness in picking me up from the station in her black Mercedes. We developed a very special friendship. The staff there are also extremely helpful and speak some English. There are buses to Kyoto Station just 30 metres away and the trip takes about 20 mins. About 700 metres away is a train stop on the Hankyu line which goes to Karawamachi and the Gion Area. Nearby are the fabulous Ketsura Imperial Gardens and Arashiyama Bamboo forest. Too many great things I want to include in this review but to keep this brief, I will highlight just a few. The owner/staff were fantastic - they were friendly, accommodating, and even gave us rides so we did not have to carry our luggage while trying to take care of our toddler and parents. Our apartment was in excellent shape and they took care of our special request by setting up a nice crib and high chair. We also spent time in their party room where there was a larger TV, comfy couch/space, and free snacks/drinks for us to enjoy and our little guy to run around. We also loved the food and amenities they provided on the ground floor. Its location was very convenient once we found our way around the area; but I would recommend to the property to add more directions for any future guests that may be taking a taxi upon arrival (their website currently has great directions for someone taking transit but we took taxis as we had elderly and a kid). Estate Tokyu Nishikyogoku is AMAZING and EXCELLENT! All their staff are friendly and hospitable! The owner is so generous and kind-hearted! There are no enough words to describe how happy and thankful we are with our stay with them! It’s a service apartment, located in the west part of Kyoto city, not crowd area, good for stay. And you can get free drink, bread and instant noodle in the entrance area. And very nice for the staff. さらに表示

I stayed here for the Kyoto Marathon 2018 and it was perfect location just 1 minute walk from start venue. The service was fantastic with free snacks, drinks and eggs & bread for breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly and they also offered “check out any time” on the day of the Marathon. The rooms are apartment style not too small and well maintained. Very clean with good sized bathroom and small kitchen. Highly recommend for anyone anytime. Especially those for future Kyoto Marathons. There was a shuttle bus from finish line to train station where direct train can be taken to station closest to hotel. Then just a short 10min walk. They also provided free Onigiri (Japanese Rice Ball) on morning of Marathon which was delicious! Thank you very much for your wonderful and friendly service. The doors between rooms all have windows that show light through. If you want to put your baby or child to sleep early you can't make it dark for then unless you sit in the dark too. The location was not great. There were not any restaurants in close proximity. The nearby cherry bloosom path was very nice though. The apartment was really great other than the windows. さらに表示

This is a somewhat unusual hotel in that it was built for apartment living. This does mean a small space that packs in a bathroom, washer, shower room, and a kitchen, so if you're the type who likes to spread out or you've found Japanese hotel rooms too small in general, this may not be the place for you (you also clean after yourself from day-to-day). But my husband and I worked it out fine, even with three suitcases and a couple backpacks, and we were happy for the washer. The first floor had extra shampoo, soap, etc., plus coffee, tea, soup packets, and a fridge with eggs, milk, and juice, which were nice to have as well. And enough can't be said for the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff; from the front desk (ready with maps) to the manager (fluent in English, walked through the facilities and helped us route out our first night there) to the owner (when she was around and had the time, she very kindly drove us to a couple stations since we didn't know the area!). It also gave us a bit of insight on typical apartment living in the Kyoto area, which was interesting to us as a contrast to the usual hotels. 여기 직원분들이 우선 너무 친절하시고 여주인분은 한국말을 하실수있었는데 너무 친절히 대해주셔서 감사했습니다 숙소크기와 청결도도 너무좋았고 주차는 미리 이메일로 연락해서 예약해서 하루2천엔에 이용할수있었구요 주인분께서 저녁마다 간단히음식도만들어주시고 로비에 간단히 먹을게있어서 너무 편리하게 이용했습니다 이걸 악용하는사람이 없길바래요 그분들이 너무 좋은맘으로 맘껏 언제든 먹을수있도록 배려하여 서비스로 여러간식들 음료들 라면 빵 계란등을 놔두시는건데 먹을만큼만먹으면되는데 손님인 저희가 다 걱정이되었어요 이렇게 잘해두시면 악용하시는분들 계실까봐..가격대비 넘. 만족했구요 가족여행에 너무 좋은 추억만들었어요! さらに表示

무엇이 필요하다 싶으면 다 있는, 세심한 손길이 느껴지는게스트하우스입니다. 게다가 주인장을 비롯, 직원이 여럿임에도 모두 진심어린 친절이 보여 부담스럽지도 않고 편안한 곳입니다. 물론 청결상태 또한 최고구요. 제가 가장 먼저 고려하는 조건이 청결과 위생상태인데, 흠잡을 게 없습니다. 오히려 언제든지 사용할 수 있는 물, 소모품들이 풍성하게 구비되어 있어 미안할 정도입니다. 그래선지 오히려 함부로 안쓰게 되고, 비품도 소중하게 다루게 되더군요. 저희 부부는 주인장이 끓여준 라면과 샌드위치 등 간식을 정말 게눈 감추듯 맛있게 먹었습니다. 짐 풀고 배고파서 저녁 먹으러 나가려는 참에 만난, 생각지 못한 귀한 대접을 받았죠. 2박후 다른 게스트하우스로 이동했는데 이곳이 생각나더군요... 이 자리를 빌어 다시 한 번 인사드리고 싶네요. ‘사장님 아주 편안히 쉬다 왔습니다. 다음에 교토 가면 또 가고 싶습니다.’ さらに表示

부모님을 모시고 첫 여행이었어요~ 엄청 고민했고 위치가 교토역부근이 아니라 걱정했는데 막상 숙소 도착하고 묵으면서 진심으로 행복했네요♡ 모두 하나같이 웃으며 친절하시고 무료픽업서비스에 맛있는 주스랑 과자 빵종류를 맘껏 먹을수있었고 저녁에는 맥주한잔으로 피로를풀고... 부모님이 너무 좋아서 또 오고싶다고 하신 숙소였어요~ 관광지 안내도 잘해주시고 세심한 부분까지 챙겨주셔서 너무너무 감사한 마음으로 잘 지내다 왔습니다♡ 부모님께서도 꼭 후기남겨달라고 부탁하셔서 저도 아고다에 처음 후기쓰는데요... 정말 추천합니다!!!진심 최고♡ さらに表示

4박5일 동안 사장님, 직원분들 다 친절하셔 정말 잘보내다 갑니다~ 교토역이나 가와라마치와는 좀 떨어져 있어서 걱정했지만, 오히려 시내보다 여유있고 한가하게 보내서 좋았습니다~ 호텔앞에서 교토역(73번버스),가와라마치( 32번),기요미즈데라 ㆍ산넨자카(80번)버스타고 환승없이 다 갔다오고, 호텔에서 근처역인 니시쿄구역에서 1정거장 더가면 가츠라역인데, 거기서 오사카 우메다역까지 급행타고 40분 밖에 안걸린다는 것도 사장님께 잘 알려주셔서 쉽게 잘 갔다와 좋았습니다. 근처 걸어서 15분거리에 대형마트 이온몰이 있어서 시장보고 구경도하고 호텔에서 음식도 해먹을 수 있었구요, 로비에 물ㆍ음료ㆍ부재료도 무제한으로 눈치안보고 자유롭게 다 쓸 수있는 것도 큰 장점이였어요. 정말 여러므로 잘보내다 갑니다. 늘 번창하시길 바랍니다~🙌 さらに表示
