It was my first time in Osaka and I’ve no regrets choosing FDS Bijou Suites, the apartment is really clean and cozy. Value for money and it’s quite near to attraction area as well! If you don’t mind walking a few km , this is the place for you! さらに表示

Place was very nice. They don't have any concierge or front desk as this is a serviced apartment, so if you rent pocket wifi in Japan, it might be better to arrange it for pickup at the airport or at a nearby post office. さらに表示

Basic self check-in information provided beforehand. First timer like me might be nervous if unable to unlock the mailbox upon arriving late at night. A direct helpline beside the mailbox might be helpful. Overall, it is a very good experience. さらに表示

A great place to stay. The unit makes you feel you are in your home.Also, I can sense that the management of FDS are very efficient and systematic people as everything that you will use in the unit has clear instructions. There is just one tiny thing that can be improved....the steps of people upstairs can be heard in the lower floor although not loud and not really bothersome. さらに表示

The place was very nice. Bigger than normal rooms in Japan. The furnishings and kitchen were good and toilet and bathroom were clean and hitech. Location in a real Japanese neighborhood with very small alleys. 10 min walk to the stations. No elevator so it was a big hassle to bring all of our 4 luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor. さらに表示

We stay there for 4 nights, we are 4 adults and the room is quite large for japan. They provide a queen size bed for 2 people and additional sofa bed that quite comfortable for 2 people . The apartment is equipped with furnitures and appliances. Fully functioning kitchen, separated japanese amazing toilet and bathroom, a tub, washing machine, they even provided vacuum cleaner. They also provide the multi gadget charger. The location not really near the tourist site but dotonbori only a station away from nearest train station. You need to walk around 700 m to the train station, but the area is quite nice residential area. It has 7/11 and lawson within 200 m and has konbini (vending machine) in front of the apartment. We had a great time staying here, will come back again if i ever visit osaka again さらに表示

Me and my friend had a really comfortable staying for 3 nights. All facilities maintained really well. Complete facilities, they even prepared an extra everything, toiletries, pillows, bedsheet, charger cable, even cooking oil, salt and pepper available. Location are 5-10 mins walking distance from three different station exits. JR station and subway also. satisfied! さらに表示

Apartment was a bit of a walk from train station but all is well. It is of decent size. Has no heater except hot air blowing from the aircon thus it can be quite cold during winter time. Toilet seat warmer is working and hot water was available. Just remember to refill the hot water in the hot water tank via a central system. Located between two train and subway stations which requires to walk around 15 mins to reach. There are alot of homeless people in the nearby park. Towels not really clean and the toilet floor not clean as well. さらに表示

A very cosy place to stay! They got all the facilities you need! Clean apartment! Really enjoyed my stay over here. Just that the location needs abt 8-10mins walk to the subway. However, it is walkable so not a big issue. There are 2 nearby subway so it is quite convenient to get around. Will come back to stay if i’m visiting osaka again! Thank you! さらに表示

The included facilities and appliances are like a serviced apartment. Fridge, microwave, cutlery, cups and plates, etc. are all there and added to our ability to enjoy the stay (freedom to buy food back to prepare). The only minor demerit is location, which is quite deep into the residential area with very small roads. We had to turn on google maps GPS to go there at first. No staff contact but they did mail out a typhoon warning to the guests so that's good too. さらに表示
