京セラのライブの為利用させて頂きました。JR天王寺駅~大正駅乗り換えなしなのでとても便利でした。
駅近なのにとても料金が安く、部屋も清潔で6階のお部屋だったのですが、部屋からあべのハルカスが見えてロケーション最高でした！

2泊3日で利用しました。マンションの1室のようなキレイな室内で、家にいるかのようにくつろげました。バス・トイレは別だしWi－Fiも高速で快適です。私は今回は使用しませんでしたが洗濯機の上の棚に干す用のハンガーがあり、気配りができていて素晴らしいなと思いました。駅からは四天王寺商店街を通って行きましたがコンビニとドラッグストアがあるので便利でした。
悪い点として強いて上げるなら泊まった部屋の鍵がとてもとても固く開閉が大変でした。可能なら直していただきたいです。初日は中に入れないんじゃないかと焦りました。
総合的に見てこの値段でこの清潔さ・設備・立地の良さなら大満足です。次回も是非利用したいと思いました。

低予算のプチ旅行で宿泊先を探して見つけました。駅から徒歩10以内・低価格に満足です。予約した後にセルフチェックインだと知り、メールで問い合わせ…宿泊後にタオルの交換がない事知り、事前に調べてなかった事反省…低価格で泊まれて、設備も飲み物も充実してて、また利用させて頂きます！ さらに表示
机と椅子が無いため、仕事に影響した、正直疲れた。座椅子でテレビを見るのはよいが、書き物すると腰が痛くなった。止むを得ず寝転んで仕事した。 さらに表示

グループの旅行で利用しました。うちの家族は３人で子供ご１人でした。部屋はひと部屋しかないので少し手狭な感じでしたが畳なのでゴロゴロ出来て良かったです。あと、駅から歩いてすぐと言うこともあり、ご飯は外で食べて部屋では基本寝るだけなので、特に不便はなかったです。

I loved staying in this hotel! I was traveling with my husband and 1 yr old baby and this place suited us perfectly! For 6 days, the value of money is well spent! We washed our clothes prior to returning back home as to not bring any dirty clothes. This place has everything! Washing machine, ref, stove, dining utensils, microwave... literally everything! This is like service apartment where guests check in and out themselves and there was no staff on site. The location was super convenient as it's only 5 mins stroll to the JR. Yet it's in a residential neighbourhood and therefore a quiet oasis in a busy district. Nearby are alleys lined by restaurants. The room itself was of adequate size - just enough to lay open the luggage. Comes equipped with a mini kitchen and there is microwave! The balcony provides views over the surrounding residential areas. Clean everywhere. Feels secure. Good base in Tennoji. さらに表示

It is located near JR Tennoji & Tennoji Subway Stations, which makes it very convenient especially to & fro KIX.
There are a few convenient stores, pharmacies and lots of restaurants nearby. Tennoji Station is linked to MIO, and is near Abeno Harukas shopping mall. There are lotsa eateries too at Tennoji Station.
Staffs are helpful & responsive in replying my queries thru the Agoda message box.
Room is very clean and well equipped.
