8PM過ぎに到着、入館方法メールでいただいていたので問題なくチェックインできた。すぐそばに100園ローソンもある。清潔に保たれていた。タオルも浴衣も歯ブラシレイザーもあった。又利用したい。 さらに表示

安い価格ですと、地下になる為うす暗く部屋からは外が見えませんでした。 しかし、この辺りでこの価格ならそこそこ満足できました。 少し残念なのは、辺りにコンビニが無かったのは残念です。 さらに表示

いわゆる1Kのウィークリーマンションです。室内には、テレビ、冷蔵庫、エアコンは勿論、電子レンジ、ポット、やかん、炊飯器まで完備されてました。自炊される方は何も不自由はないと思います。 外食は、他の口コミにあった通り、中延駅からホテルの途中に弁当屋（350円！）中華屋が数軒、セブン、1番近くにロー100があるのみですので、飲みや遊びに出掛けたい方は他の駅に行くしかないです。コンビニがあるので、部屋飲み、弁当ならレンジ等あるので十分です。 さらに表示

(良い点) ホテルの横に100円コンビニがありますので最高でした。 駅までは徒歩で中延駅10分、戸越駅20弱。 ホテル横に大井町駅まで10分のバス停があるので220円で便利です。 大井町にはイトーヨーカ堂、大戸屋、JRなどもあるのですぐ行けます。 壁が厚く隣の声は全く聞こえませんでした。 (悪い所) 全体的にスタッフは笑顔がないです。 1人部屋は地下でしたが、すごく湿気がありました。 風呂の排水がカビでした。 外食は中華ばっかりでびっくりしましたが、ホテル周りはありません。 さらに表示

東急大井町線・都営浅草線の中延駅から徒歩5分ほどの距離にあり、近所にはローソンストア100もある便利なホテルです。ビジネスホテルとはありますが、どちらかといえばウィークリーマンションのほうが形態には近く食器や洗濯機も備え付けてあります。 さらに表示

１日だけの滞在でしたが、洗濯機が部屋の中にあり、溜まっていた洗濯物を洗わせていただきました。使用はしませんでしたが炊飯器等もあり、数日滞在される方には十分生活用品が揃っていて便利だと思います。スタッフの方も優しくご対応をしてくださいました。 さらに表示

Take your own towel as they do not supply. We arrived 2 hrs early and they held our luggage for us. No room to move in toilets. If you are taller than 5ft 8 you will bash your head on all the low hanging signs and lights さらに表示

I was with my 3 year old son,we enjoy the stay with very friendly staff at reception. The gentleman even offer us an umbrella when it was raining after we have checked out. He warmed our heart with this kind gesture. The location is not closed to station, but shortly after we found out that there was a bus stop just outside of the Inn, we took bus#01 to the nearest Ouimachi Station. さらに表示

I think the hotel was not located in a good location, I mean close to even subway or JR station. Then when I arrived hotel looked so simple like a old residence from outside. Good night duty officer. But I was surprised by staircase because I stay on the fifth floor but no elevator. I think it's not good for guests who have a lot of baggage as well as heavyweight suitcase. Room is simple. I think the hotel should have to renovate something. This are my personal opinions may be I have more expectation than I experienced from other same level of hotel. Thank you hope it will help. さらに表示

すごく良い
The hotel is very good for the price, its a bit small but we expected this for Japan hotels. Its very clean and comfortable. We stayed during extremely hot weather, but thankfully the air conditioner worked really well to keep us cool. It's located a bit out of town, but its nice to experience a quieter side of Tokyo. There's a really good, cheap convenience store right outside the hotel and lots of places to go eat and shop in the area. A pair of scales would have been really handy for weighing luggage etc. Staff were extremely helpful and nice despite us checking in late just before 12am. Overall we had a really good experience and would definitely stay with Weekly Mansion again. さらに表示

The hotel was acceptable for the price. The staff weren't that good at English, some couln't speak English at all. Also there were no Elevator, so carrying 60 kg's of luggage to 4th floor was kind of a fight. It was located a bit out of town, but with plenty of places to go eat and shop.
