値段は安い方だったし駅からも遠くない。近くに24時まで開いてるスーパーも、24時間マクドも、コンビニ居酒屋いろいろある。部屋は狭い。窓はアパートやマンションの裏窓に向かいあっておりカーテン開けにくい。禁煙を頼んだはずだが、シーツがタバコ臭くて困った。エアコンからの匂いか。消臭剤を買いました。一階にコインランドリーあり。両替機はない。50円玉があれば、自動で洗剤が入る。シーツを洗いました。 さらに表示

The accommodation was decent at best at FLEXSTAY INN Sugamo. It is a bit of walk from the nearest train station, but it is fine as it passes several amenities like a convenience store, supermarket, & eateries. The place operates much like a weekly mansion with no daily housekeeping. You can borrow a vacuum cleaner if you wish to tidy your room a bit. Towels are provided fresh daily. Staff on site are polite & helpful in assisting any issues that I had The only downside is that the rooms are dated & urgently requires some revamping. The hotel lobby is also located in the basement, so you have to carry your luggage down a flight of stairs to get to the hotel lobby. Would recommend for non-fussy travellers looking for somewhere cheap to stay. For that price, it is rather reasonable. さらに表示

I stayed here for slightly more than 3 weeks, and really liked the convenient location as it was near to Sugamo Station with Yamanote line and Toei Mita line. Staff were always very polite and helpful. I was generally OK with the fact that they had no housekeeping, but found it a little vexing because there were nothing in the room to help me clean my own room. There was also a portable stove and a pot, but no other utensils, so I ended up being unable to cook. さらに表示

Air conditioning hardly worked, Check out time 10am Internet connection was quite slow The bed was very hard and uncomfortable The location is alright, about 8 minute walk to sugamo station, You can find better deals in the area, would not recommend. さらに表示

This place is a cross between apartments and a hotel. As such, there isn't much in the way of service, but if you don't need lots of amenities, this in a nice place to stay. While it's not in a neighborhood most tourists are interested in, it's near a train station on the main line and you can easily get to anyplace you might want to go. さらに表示
