Really close to Shin-Osaka station. The room is really clean, suitable for family (I have 4 adults with 1 child) and there are a lot of facilities. The environment around apartment is quiet and suitable for relaxing. I really love to stay at this apartment. さらに表示

Location is great, just 5min walk fm Shin-Osaka station with 7-11 just across the street. Owner gave very clear location instructions via the guidebook. However, there was no radiator in the apt, only the a/c which was not as effective in heating the room. Slippers provided looked dirty (as did the carpets), luckily we brought our own. Had informed on booking that my 12yo would be with us, but there were no covers for the quilt, mattress topper and pillow for the sofa bed; my son had to use them without covers (which was not very sanitary so we made do by wrapping a towel over it). さらに表示

It is just beside Shin- Osaka station, very convenient location with great food and shopping. Best of all, it is so close to the critical transport hub, so traveling around is a breeze. The only pro is the room heaters are not strong enough. さらに表示

This place is so convenient right outside Shin-Osaka station. It was the perfect size for family of 4 with young kids. Comfortable beds, neat. It's the typical size of Japanese apts (so don't expect sprawling spaces), but their bedrooms have sliding doors that really open up the space. Would definitely stay here again! さらに表示

Overall is good for family with young kids and those who look for a affordable stay nearby station. It is just less than 5 minutes walk from the Shin Osaka station. I arrived Shin Osaka via Shinkasen speed train, but the direction to the apartment was confusing and I spent almost 45 minutes to find the locality. Strongly suggest to get a more precise direction route from the owner before departure. The exit is just near McDonald which linked to Midosuji Subway Station Exit 2. The manager was very attentive and quick in responding in all requests, he changed for us a new kettle the next day after been told the malfunction. The only comment is the hot water is not consistent, and the cups were not properly clean. Also, the blankets and pillows were stink. さらに表示
