The location is absolutely rural, you won’t be able to find any convenient stores or supermarkets nearby, they offered free shuttle but I take bus on my own, it’s far but not difficult to reach. For the hotel it’s own, I had a very great stay! I had my own onsen in room and that was super comfy. I am also very satisfied with all the food and service, the only thing was that the room itself is quite expensive. I think I’ll still come back again but one night stay is already enough as you would probably feel a bit bored as the only entertainment around there is hiking (with many insects around you) and onsen or TV shows. さらに表示

Not too far out, this ryokan is still peaceful and close to nature. Best still, it was on the way to Kansai airport, so best to stop here on your first or last day in Osaka. The open air onsen bath overlooks a bubbling brook, and the wonderful kaiseki dinner is served in your room itself. The place is clean and has all the basic facilities you could ask for in a ryokan. It was my first time experiencing ryokan, the place was great and very welcoming. There are 2 Onsen (indoor and outdoor), dinner is served in the room. However there is only one shuttle bus timing if not you might need to cab in there. I wish they are more accommodative in having more timing for the bus to the resort. We waived the option of the hotel picking us up and rather ventured on our own using public transit. Thought we were getting lost in the middle of the woods in the dark at night! But it was part of the mystery that led us to this beautiful Ryokan in the middle of the mountain. Such a wonderful experience! さらに表示

Location is great as the bus stops directly in front to the Ryokan. nearby there is a mountain and we went hiking; an exceptionally beautiful place. Private onsen is very enjoyable and you get to change water temperature according to your preference (hot & cold tap). Dinner and breakfast is kaiseki-style. slightly difficult to communicate in English, but a too small detail to hinder the stay. Free shuttle bus to nearby stations (Hineno & Izumisano). Guess the only negative comment is, the heater isn't working too well and throughout the night was feeling cold. さらに表示

No shuttle from airport so we went there by Taxi. Only few shuttle rides from hotel to city center per day, but hotel is nice, clean and quiet. Not much foreigner, all local Japanese when we stayed there. It was a nice stay for one or two days さらに表示

山長水又遠由難波出發到不動口館, 當時已經與老婆攰到唔知點形容, 但當一到達不動口館之後，職員安排咗一間和式套房比我哋，我哋一開門入到去之後係＂嘩～＂，窗外出現嘅風景係靚到筆墨難以形容，幾棵櫻花樹喺一對和式窗口襯托得奇妙無比！簡直就有如ＬＥＤ畫面，但風景真係風景！而溫泉方面亦回味無窮，室內室外感覺非常特別。下次有機會亦都會再一次體驗不動口館！ さらに表示

2016年第一次入住,感覺非常良好. 期待再一次到大阪旅遊時一定要再入住. 2019年再一次入住, 房間是跟三年前入住的房間是同一間, 但今次的感覺真的很一段, 房間整潔需再加強, 網絡訊號很差 ( 酒店員工也無法改善, 讓你靜心享受環境, 放下手機好好休息一下 ). 不變的是服務員還是很貼心, 早飯的員工真的很好,十分讚賞!! さらに表示

明明入住前就已經同agoda 溝通好所有房間都要同層，為方便照顧同行的老人家，小孩，嬰兒，但check-in的時候前台居然安排四間不同樓層的房間。當我地同佢講明已經同Agoda溝通過，仲唔相信我哋已經溝通過，當我地攞出Agoda回覆email時都仲不相信，態度差，令人發火。最終第一天入住要分開樓層，到第二天才安排到同層！房間酒店偏舊，入夜後偏嘈吵隔音措施差，只有位置方便！ さらに表示
