河口湖が一望出来て、静かなロケーションが最高。ホテルは何年か前に新館が増築されたが、旧館も中がリフォームされたおり、十分キレイでした。あと、温泉も露天から河口湖が一望できて最高。あと、ご飯もクオリティが高いし、スタッフの方の応対も言うことありません。かなりオススメできます。 さらに表示

Staff are friendly and helpful. Speaks good English. They have a shuttle service to drive us to and fro the ryokan from kawaguchi station. They serve great breakfast, using good cut of fish. The hotel has a very beautiful and spacious Ryokan rooms with view to lake Kawaguchiko. The hotel's public as well as private onsen (hot springs) are excellent and one of the best we had been to. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Highly recommended. さらに表示

A great Ryokan if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle around Lake Kawaguchiko. The main lobby or waiting area is a great place to chill and have a great overview of the lake. Very nice rustic vibes but immensely comfortable place to be. We had a room booked with a private Ryokan and it was a fantastic experience. Rooms were very clean and no presence of any musky smell. The staff were very helpful as well and we were thoroughly impressed with the safety precautions (an email reminder regarding driving safety and your estimated time of arrival will be sent to you a week or 2 before) if you intend to drive, as the slopes leading up to the ryokan hotel can be slippery. The staff would also offer to drive your car to the bottom of the slope at night and drive it back up the next day to avoid inexperienced drivers driving on slippery winter slopes. The place is clean and staff were very friendly. Only issue was Agoda did not make it clear that our booking did not include dinner as well, only stated that breakfast was not included. However, surrounding restaurants are quite nice for dinner. さらに表示

I had a spacious, clean, and relatively modern room at this ryokan. It has an excellent location as long as you dont mind a 4-minute walk up a steep hill (a shuttle van is also available). Food was superb though slightly rushed. Staff was excellent. さらに表示

Pros- good location overlook the lake. Friendly staff and nice Japanese hot spring. It’s next to the cable car to go up the mountain to see Mount Fuji (but unfortunately didn’t see it due to the weather conditions) Cons- the hotel was blocked by the mountain so you cannot see Mt Fuji from the property, you will have to book on the other side of the lake. (It doesn’t matter for us cos when we were there it was so cloudy :( さらに表示

This is a lovely stylish onsen with a good taste. it situated on the steep hill slope next door to the Rope way, if you don't have a car, the slope might hurt you for sure but on the contrary, being a hotel on the hill, you get a fantastic view of the lake, both day and night, but it is a pity it it not in the direction of mount Fuji though. The room is roomy, clean, and decorated in a true Japanese ryokan style, it is one of the most relaxing hotel I have ever stay. The Onsen provides a good view of the lake and it opens 24 hours. I love this hotel but next time I will find one with mt.Fuji view. さらに表示

The hotel is located all the waaaaay up on top of the hill..... so prepare to climb (yes, the road is steep) if you don't drive. Though, there is shuttle van available on request. location aside, the hotel is nice with traditional japanese style. There's public baths and private bath available. The food is great as well. さらに表示

Pros Nice Onsen, Superb View of Kawaguchiko Staff speaks good English Clean Surprisingly, there is a shuttle to Kawaguchiko when I checked out. I hoped that I could have known earlier so my old parents don't need to walk down the steep slope. Cons It is located by the hill and you got to walk on a steep slope. Pros: amazing ryokan with great views, friendly staff and fantastic onsen! We enjoyed the traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast and the futons were the most comfortable ever experienced! We booked the private onsen for a little extra but really enjoyed it. Great location, just a bit of a walk up and down the steep hill to the ryokan but had a spectacular view! They also provide a free shuttle bus to and from the station. Cons: warning it is a massive hill to climb to get to the ryokan so be prepared. さらに表示

The photos of the property do not do it justice at all! Superb value for money! You dont need to book a room with an in room onsen, you can book a private onsen for 45mins use for about 2000 yen. The view of the lake is amazing, and the fire place is a cozy touch. I definitely recommend to book for dinner and breakfast! Do take advantage of their shuttle service from Kawaguchiko station, as the hotel is located on top of a steep hill. The only downside to this place is they are quite strict on check out time, and will not budge on requests. さらに表示

The hotel located on the steep, but don’t worry as hotel provide shuttle service, just give them a call from Kawaguchiko station. Kaiseki is nice, you must try! Hotel also provide nice Yukata, you can wear it while you stay at the hotel. The hotel also has Onsen! さらに表示

We ordered the room which had a private bath inside. This is a relatively small hotel. The price is pretty high, but the facilities, the meal and the service are all excellent. It's just worthy. We like it a lot. さらに表示

I had a really good time in Rakuyu. It's a great onsen hotel. It's near Lake Kawaguchiko, around 10minutes ride from train station. When we arrived there, it's snowing and the road was full of snow. We called Rakuyu and they offered driving service from the train station. It's fast and the driver was very kind! He helped us to carry our lugggages. The staff in Rakuyu were kind and polite. They served us juice and hot towel when we arrived there. They introduced all the facilities in hotel. Our room has splendid view of Kawaguchiko. We felt very relaxed. Onsen was excellent too. Both breakfast and dinner at Rakuyu were delicious. It's traditional Japanese cuisine. We enjoyed the stay in Rakuyu very much. We will definitely choose Rakuyu if we visit here again! Staff were really helpful. You may want to give the private onsen a try. It was reasonably priced. Check with the staff on arrival to get your preferred time slot. The only downside is that the hotel is located on top of the slope. Gets a little breathless to go up. The hotel provides shuttle service to the train station. Check with the staff as the service is not available at certain timings. It is right next to kachi kachi ropeway. Tatami bed and traditional japanese attire (kimono ..etc) is perfect to experience true japanese. The location is location high on the hill with good view of the lake which makes the whole experience a special one. Rakuyu is a lovely onsen hotel with efficient service. They provide shuttle service to the station except for timing 11am-2pm. So it is a good idea to have lunch first then call fo pick up (via Tourist Information Svc at train station) Hotel is clean with sufficiently large room. It does not have a view of Mt Fuji, but it has a lovely view of the lake. It is also conveniently located just beside the ropeway. Best to try get on the Ropeway early in the morning before crowd arrives. The onsen is pretty nice and clean. Lounge area at reception lobby is cozy. For muslim travellers, there is a Halal restaurant five mins walk from hotel (near Lawson supermarket) さらに表示
