部屋にトイレがなく、二階にも一つだけ。トイレに行きたくても、いつも誰かが使っていて、なかなかトイレに行けません。 アメニティは少なく、部屋にティッシュも置いてありません。 テレビのリモコンは反応が悪く、この狭い部屋に素泊まり9000円払う価値はありません。 関係ありませんが、隣のミルキーウェイという喫茶店の人の対応にイライラして、河口湖自体にガッカリし、残念でした。 さらに表示

すごく良い
朝食を付けました。分量は申し分有りません。2人でしたが、古い部屋でしたが10畳くらい有り、広々としていました。清潔感も有りました。窓も広く見晴らしは満点でした。 さらに表示

We added on breakfast when we checked in and it was such a great choice - the nearest konbini is a 15 min walk away (but the walk along the lake to get there was gorgeous). Grab konbini snacks near the station before heading back to the ryokan! Ryokan's next to the Green Line but the line stops slightly before 5pm so plan your route carefully. Or just grab a cab. The ryokan kindly provided pick up from Kawaguchi Station on our first day and also gives rides in the morning at specific times from the ryokan to Kawaguchi Station. It's right next to Yagisaki Park which was very prettily blooming with lavender and hydrangeas in late June. We could technically see Fuji from our room, but only saw Fuji-san on check-out day since visibility was so bad while we were there. No biggie though, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in the onsen on the first floor, and rode out on their free bikes in the morning to the lake and enjoyed watching the dawn's fog roll out as the sun came up. The host is kind, the room is clean and the onsen is really good, the location is not that convenient but there is a pick up service when you go to ask the information centre. Sound proofing is not good and the pillow is so hard. But overall it’s good for tight budget traveller. さらに表示

i love this hotel so much, it is abit old but very clean. The view surrounding the hotel is absolute stunning, and the japanese breakfast is delicious. The hotel provide free pick up service and free bicycle for you to ride around.Overall the is very worth on this price. I cant find others better than this within the budget. さらに表示

The tatami rooms we stayed in were spacious with the view of Mount Fuji. The breakfast was wonderfully made. My two daughters had a lot of fun walking up and down the stairs. A minor point to suggest would be the provision of children slippers. さらに表示

Instead of walking to the hotel (as per google's instruction), there's a free shuttle from the train station (you have to get the information desk to call for you). There are also free bicycles for you to take around town (might I suggest the cable car). The place was very cleanly kept by the owner and his family. The view of Mount Fuji from our hotel room was priceless. Very fulfilling western styles breakfast. Probably our favourite stay in Japan so far. さらに表示

It was very nice, the hotel is family operated. The staff can pick you up at the station after 3pm and send you off on your check out date. He doesnt speak much English,but he was very helpful. The location is incredible, with lake and mt. Fuji view. Very great choice for relaxation. And value for money. さらに表示

It is fantastic. The view of the Mount Fuji from the room window is fantastic. Owner provides free bicycle for us to cycle around the place. They even refund 1000 yen as we are not able to eat their breakfast due to rushing for train early in the morning. さらに表示

We buy R-Coupon that include free retro bus pass around Kawaguchiko Lake. So we can access to the hotel by getting off bus at bus stop No.6. The hotel location is quite easy to access but have some problem about bus timetable. Since bus stop No.5,6 are spread away from the main route, the number of buses are less than the other bus stop. There is only one bus in an hour. However, from the hotel we can see Mt.Fuji and it's very close to the lake side park, Yagsaki Park. In spring season, you can have the view of Kawaguchiko Lake with lavender field as its foreground. Our room has no private bathroom. We have to use share bathroom on ground floor. However, it's very clean and has onsen inside. One of my favorite things is there's a Kotetsu table in the room. This can make you warm and comfort during autumn and winter. さらに表示

It was hard to locate the hotel as the skies were already dark when we reach Kawaguchiko Station. But everything was good and very comfortable during the stay. It was quiet, clean and it offers a view of Mount Fuji in the room i stayed in. The hotel owner even offered to drive us back to the station the next morning. Right next to yagisaki park and the lake with beautiful Mount Fuji view. Conveniently located on the green sightseeing bus route. Breakfast was good, so was the onsen. The hosts were very helpful in providing information in English on dining and supermarket locations. Overall very good value and a very pleasant experience. さらに表示

Superb location (on the edge of a lovely park and close to the lake) Also, we had a good view of Mt Fuji from our room. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and will fetch guests from the station. Breakfast was good. Bikes are available to borrow. The hotel right next to Kawaguchiko lake, great view of mountain Fuji (can even see it from our room). There are free bicycles for wandering around. Traditional Japanese style room, very quiet. There are a coffee shop nearby and a doll museum. We had pleasure time there. さらに表示

Read the reviews. Yes, the pillows are like bags of sand...but pound them into your preffered shape and not so bad. Yes the foam mattress pads are thin, but I found an extra in the closet and doubled up. Yes the carpet is a bit threadbare here and there. BUT, at the peak season time I booked, it was the cheapest none shared room (read hostel dorm) available. The gent who picked us up and dropped us off puts his heart into the place, as seen in the garden and everything is indeed clean. The larger of the two onsens is comfortable and we were delighted with the Japanese breakfast. If you are a budget traveller this place is great value for the inflated price point of this area. The park 100 meters away on the lake is superb. We lucked out and as the storm cleared on our arrival we viewed Fuji with lightning striking the peak, and clear views in the AM. Dinner can be had a 10-12 minute walk away, or time it with the bus schedule if you bought a pass. Will return. さらに表示
