非常に満足
子供と二人で２泊共初めてこのホテルを利用しました。ビジネスホテルで二段ベッドの部屋でシャワｰルームも狭めでしたが清潔にして有り必要なものは揃っていました。ハイランドへの往復無料送迎もして頂き遊園地駐車場料金1500円浮いた分までお土産の足しになりました。チェックインからアウトまでスタッフの方々の応対も良く、さすが本体がゴルフ場経営らしくとても教育がなされていることを感じました。しいての要望ですがせめて朝食付きならばとは思いますが次の富士吉田泊はまた利用させて頂きます。 さらに表示

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, always serving with a smile. Our room was very clean and spacious, with a nice view of Mt Fuji in good weather. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the JR station but there is a free shuttle bus service. There is a shopping mall with a supermarket and eateries about 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel has a discount for a very nice onsen which we needed after hiking Mt Fuji. We would stay again for our next Mt Fuji hike. さらに表示

We very enjoys our stay at Fujizakura Inn. Very helpful and friendly staff. They have free shuttle bus(8am till 10:15am) from hotel to Kawaguchiko station/ Fujikyu Highland bus station. 25-30mins walk from Kawaguchiko station to hotel. The cleanliness is superB! The view from room SuperB! A perfect view of Mount Fuji from room. When we check out, friendly staff allow us store our baggage on their premises(free of charge) near Kawaguchiko station till 5pm. Around 8-10 mins walk to to lake. Place is clean, room is nice and comfortable, staff are helpful and speak good English. My room face exactly towards the Fuji mountain. Very nice ! Amazing low price btw !!!! さらに表示

Our room is not facing Mount Fuji but we still can see it every time we going or return from sightseeing. All the staff is so friendly and very helping. if there is next time i will book room facing Mount Fuji. さらに表示

The hot and cold water system is outdated, I could hardly adjust to the desired warm temperature for shower. The bunk bed's futon seems to be inappropriate size to the bed's too high fence for such too thin futon. Staff are best though. さらに表示

We stayed 2 nights in fujizakura inn and it was an amazing experience! Our room was facing Mount Fuji and it was lovely to wake up to Fuji view every morning! Location vise not that near to the station, need to walk about 10-15 mins from kawaguchiko station. They do provide shuttle bus service but only in the morning mainly sending customers to the station around 8-10am. But it’s ok to walk since kawaguchiko is such a lovely town! さらに表示

If you want to stay in a hotel with awesome view of Mt. Fuji and you have limited budget, you are looking for the right property. This is the right property for you. PROS: The room that we stayed has an awesome view of Mt. Fuji. Room is spacious and has private bathroom and toilet. The property also provided us towels, bathrobes, glass, kettle and toiletries which are great. The hotel has common area with Microwave and vending machine. The hotel is also connected with Yurari Onsen. They can arrange pick-up and drop-off if you are interested to have onsen experience (must try!). CONS: The property is a little bit far from Kawaguchiko Station (around 15-20 minutes walk) and this is not fun if you have luggages/bags with you. The Shuttle Service is not available from 11AM to 2:30PM. Better plan your arrival time in Kawaguchiko if you want to avail the free Shuttle Service. Overall, we have great time in this hostel. The view of Mt. Fuji from our terrace/balcony is breath taking. さらに表示

our visit at the Chureito Pagoda was a bis disappointing as Mt. Fuji barely showed itself due to the thick clouds. It was even like strip teasing and gets tourist excited. The next morning, just outside our window/balcony door at Fujizakura Inn, Mt. Fuji displayed it’s greatness in front of us anc we didn’t even have to get up in our bed! Given that the room is clean and comfortable, the view from that room is exceptionnal! There is a shuttle also which you just have to check the schedule as the location is more than a kilometer walk from the station. さらに表示

There’s free shuttle service available and stated in the Agoda page, but there’s no information stated or provided by the hotel to engage that service. I understood from some reviews to get the tourist info to call them, unfortunately for me, the shuttle service is only available from 2-6pm, and I arrived at 11am+. So I have to walk over from the train station with my luggage which was quite tough, it’s a 1km+ walk. It’s walkable. The room was really cosy and nice; love it, and had remote lights. They have coin laundry available, but it seems dirty/dusty. さらに表示

The room was extremely clean and white, not what I expected from the photos. Bathroom is the typical Japanese style and size, but again SUPER CLEAN. I stayed in several hotels in Japan and this is my favourite of all. Cheaper than other hotels because it's about 1km away from the nearest train and bus stop. 700m away from nearest 7-11 convenience store and another 100m to Lawson. The food there runs out quickly as a lot of people flock there to buy their dinner on the cold quiet nights. I'm not complaining though, I had a clear view of Mt Fuji without any other houses or units nearby and all the stars came out at night. さらに表示

The hotel is good, you can see Fuji’s mountain from your room. It’s very nice. You can walk from Kawafugiko station to the hotel for about 10 minutes. It’s like you stay in the center of Fuji area. Coz you can take sightseeing bus tour at the station to go around. さらに表示
