Beautiful experience of traditional Japan. Inn was lovely, staff were so kind, dinner and breakfast were so delicious. Stayed two nights. Such good value. Was the perfect ending to our two weeks in Japan. I have visited Japan many times and Fukashisou is one of my all time favourite ryokan. さらに表示

Very lovely! Nothing to complain about. The staff was very friendly, helpful and sweet. Not everyone of them speaks english but they do anything to help and make you feel good. When we returned from a trip they greeted us with "Welcome back home" - this says enough :) さらに表示

It is one of the most especial ryokans I have ever been. Not only because of the house, made of wood, but the outstanding dinner and service received. It transported me to the past, to the roots of japanese traditions. Room was very nice and had a little toilet inside. Public bathroom was fine and clean. さらに表示

The staff was wonderfully helpful and patient with my inability to speak Japanese. While they speak very little English, they tried their best and were able to walk me through their supper menu. The nearest train station is about a twenty minute walk, but in the morning, the owner was happy to drive me to Matsumoto Castle. This saved me nearly an hour of walking with a 50 pound backpack. There are no words to describe my thanks for their generosity. In addition, the ryokan, although presumably small by ryokan standards, was beautiful and very traditional. It was my first stay at a ryokan and something I will remember for the rest of my life. For the price, it is unbeatable. Do note that the meals cost extra, but are also an absolute must for the full experience. Highly recommended! さらに表示

We stayed for 2 nights at this nice Ryokan in Matsumoto. During our visit there were many local visitors and we felt the atmosphere was really original and traditional. The room was a true tatami style and the facility is a true local ryokan. They provide also nice dinner and breakfast service in the dining room downstairs or even to your room. The shared facilities are very comfortable and include showers and a hot bath with view on a little traditional garden, very nice atmosphere. the location is about 15 minutes from the train station (ca. 1500 JPY by taxi) but the ryokan offers a free shuttle service to matsumoto station! I believe this is the best option for a ryokan because the atmosphere is great and really traditional , and the price is very affordable ! so great stay! highly reccomended! さらに表示

Personnel extrêmement serviable et agréable. L'établissement est situé un peu à l'écart de la ville, au bout d'une zone commerciale. Le cadre extérieur n'est donc pas exceptionnel mais l'intérieur est très cosy et les chambres très calmes. さらに表示

เริ่มต้นจากทางโรงแรมมีบริการรถรับ-ส่ง จากสถานีรถไฟฟ้าเจอาร์ เพียงแค่โทรแจ้งทางโรงแรมจะให้ไปรับเวลาไหน บริการดีมากครับ เมือมาถึงโรงแรม จะเป็นแบบญี่ปุ่นสไตล์ ต้องถอดรองเท้าเข้าที่พักทุกคน ห้องพักกว้าง และมีห้องออนเซ็นต์ แยกชาย หญิง และยังมีห้องครอบครัว เพียงแค่จองล่วงหน้า ท่านก็จะได้ออนเซ็นพร้อมครอบครัว อาหารเช้า ก็แบบญี่ปุ่นและอเมริกันไว้บริการ ลูกชายเจ้าของโรงแรม มาให้บริการตั้งแต่ขับรถไปรับ ไปส่งที่สถานี ข้อเสียเพียงอย่างเดียวคือห่างไกลจากร้านอาหารอื่นและแหล่งช็อปปิ้ง แต่ภาพโดยรวมเยี่ยมยอดจริงๆ ไปอีกครั้งต้องพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน... さらに表示

Wir wurde von Beginn an freundliche empfangen und dann durch das reichhaltige Nachtessen geführt. Das Essen wurde in einem separaten Esszimmer privat serviert. Die Speisekarte bestand genau aus 3 Zahlen, welche die Preise für die 3 Menüs darstellten. Wir haben uns für das mittlere Entschieden, auch wenn wir nicht wussten was es beinhaltet und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Bedienung hat jeden einzelnen Gang erklärt. Das Essen war eine wahre Freude. Die Ryokan Besitzerin ist persönlich vorbeigekommen und sich für den Aufenthalt bedankt. Es gibt ein Onsen Becken für Männer, Frauen und ein privates für Familien. Zwar ist das Ryokan ein wenig ausserhalb von Matsumoto, aber sie bieten unter dem Tag einen Shuttle an. Abends ist man in 10 Minuten mit dem Taxi vom Bahnhof Matsumoto im Ryokan. さらに表示

Trivdes verkligen på Fukashisou ryokan, rummet var fint och fräscht i japansk stil, med egen toalett och handfat. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam och vi kände oss mycket välkomna med våra små barn. Enda minuset är att det ligger en bit från allt. Om det är fint väder kan det vara trevligt att promenera in till Matsumoto, annars får man ordna skjuts さらに表示
