お部屋の清潔さ、立地、スタッフの方も素晴らしい。朝食も満足。 ただ、部屋の防音が出来ておらずとにかく音が響いてうるさい。隣？の部屋のお風呂、ドアの開閉、テレビ…とにかく全て今何をしてるか分かる程うるさくて眠れない。隣が騒いだり、意図的に立ててる音ではないのでクレームはしませんでしたが。 さらに表示

I reserved a non-smoking room in Oct 2017 for my trip last week but what I got was a smoking room. (Indeed, the staff hasn't informed me when I was checking in, I found it out myself when entering the room) I told them I got asthma and requested a non-smoking room, then the staff told me all the non-smoking rooms were fully booked. The more interesting is that they then said there was a non-smoking available 2 days later while the room rate was higher so I needed to pay extra! I complained seriously and finally they changed the room for me without additional charges 2 days later (actually the room size and the view are exactly the same the smoking one, I don't know the reason why the staff told me the room rate is different) I can't even understand that I made a reservation almost 5 months ago but they were not able to fulfill my request while not telling me in advance so I could have cancelled the booking and found another one. さらに表示

I wasn't a big fan of this place. The room we had was tiny. I could literally lay across our bed horizontally and touch both walls. The room also smelled liked cigarettes, which was unpleasant. We did our best to not stay in the room for too long during our one night stay there. さらに表示

clean and well run, lovely hotel and service with a smile, visibly not well patronized,rooms are just too small for comfort for one person, let alone two. As the Yen appreciates, guest numbers dwindle, competition is intense, so this dated good hotel may be in trouble. さらに表示
