Mr "Hero" went out of his way to assist us. Offer to make reservations for nearby diner evening at late night. From the moment we arrived the staff and manager treated my wife and I with the utmost kindness and reverence. The hotel facility is spotless and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend getting the breakfast buffet as it is delicious and hosts a variety of regional delicacies. The staff members were able to speak English very well and offer us many suggestions on local activities and places to enjoy. This hotel exemplifies the kind of pride in your work and professionalism you only find in Japan. Very impressive and our choice when staying in Okawa. Thank you. さらに表示

Just have to give the highest ranking. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Multi-lingual. The hotel has all facilities for a short stay. Of cause, its a business hotel but fulfilling the requirements with ease. There are more tourist sights in the area than expected. I would return without hesitation. さらに表示

We enjoyed our stat in this hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is quiet and clean. And the bed is comfortable. Location wise, there are some nice little eateries nearby, we ate in a delicious yakitori place. For Yanagawa or Saga you need a bus, and a train to Omuta from Yanagawa. It is not in a buzzing area. It gives a town feeling. Transport to the airport is via Saga station, which is not the shortest route. We enjoyed our stay. さらに表示

We have a very short stay at the hotel. Despite that we have checked in late at night, we receive very warm welcome from the hotel manager. The hot drinks machine in the lobby keep us happy and warm. Toilet is small and may not sit well with bigger visitors. さらに表示
