前日泊まった小樽のビジネスホテルと比べて 価格は２倍だったのに 施設は古いし氷も有料だし 夕食は残念だし、歩いていける所にに飲食店もないし 残念。

Wonderful Manager Syunta. We lost a toy bag. Mr Syunta was godsend. He went through the hassle and help to mail the bag back to us. A wonderful man. The hotel room is of a huge size compare to Japan standard. The staff were super friendly and very welcoming. さらに表示
There is noise from the fan (the air com) in the room, even you turn it off, but still very noisy, especially during the night time. I ask them whether they can turn it off, but they side it's impossible. There is only a old person (more than 70 years old) on duty during mindnight, he is trying to help, even carry the ladder, tape and newspaper, trying to help me to sealed the noisy. But of cause it doesn't work.
Also the breakfast is terrible as everybody has same comments. Basically don't choose it, really!! さらに表示

Located on small hill with nice mountain view. Super spacious room with two twin bed combined can fit in 2 adults and 2 young kids. Comfy stay as the room provided with a small living area and bathtub. Just a bit dust came out under the bed. Definitely would recommend this hotel. さらに表示

The rooms are big can accommodate 3 adults. Need to have transport as the hotel is not a walking distance to convenient stores and other attraction. Staff is very friendly and accommodating to all request. さらに表示

No issue locating the hotel by driving. It’s quite old but the rooms are clean and furnished with the basic necessities さらに表示

Because I arrived around 4:30pm (sky almost dark), it looks really creepy and desserted - maybe it was off peak and week day. Like those haunted mansion (lol).
Room is quite old and they still have VCR and very small LCD screen (guess 80s). They do serve breakfast and dinner but only few choices - taste wise is not bad.
Despite all these, their front desk and the duty manager is extremely friendly and nice. Had a great chat with them and given me good advises while traveling around Japan. さらに表示
