We had a great time there. From the website the resort look laid-back and dated. However, the resort was well-maintained and clean. The room were one of the cleaner one that I had stayed in Hokkaido. The toiletries were good and there is a bag for us to bring towels to osen. Their osen is good and we enjoyed it. Their dinner and breakfast were served as set, good and sumptuous. The only down side is we had to booked 3 no. x 4 person rooms for 6 adults and 2 children. さらに表示

Pro : beside a big supermarket, free parking as we drove there . Staff are very helper and friendly even they understand little English. Onsen was good with few selection to choose from. Cons : didn’t manage to find any eateries nearby. You have to drive out to find eateries. さらに表示

The hotel room was big and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is just located at the main road and we almost missed it cos can't really see the hotel name. We love the hypermarket beside the hotel. Too bad we did not try the onsen. Definitely will come back to stay here again. Thanks! さらに表示

Lowlights for me is that there is no clear segregation of smoking and non-smoking rooms as they share same corridor and possibly next to each other. Onsen is not great because it’s using chlorinated water. It is also pricey as meals are not included. さらに表示

although the train station is only 15 mins walk away, the train comes only once every 2 hours,making it very difficult to plan our trip to elsewhere. I've booked this place as I saw that it's 5 mins by car or 20 mins walk to farm tomita. however, the walk is impossible under the heat, we took a taxi and one way is about 1000 yen which is costly for a 5 mins drive. this tall, big guy at the reception was really unfriendly and got agigated when we asked about the transport around the area. there is almost nothing to do around the area in autuum. さらに表示

This hotel is rather modern and not the traditional type that one expects of ryokans. Location of the hotel is rather out-of-the-way and you would need to take a train to get to Furano or other towns. It takes an hour by train to get to the 2nd largest Hokkaido city of Asahikawa. Loved the huge car park and the onsen. There were heaps of tubs and you can kinda see the mountains during the day. The staff were friendly and polite and very helpful. Wasn’t much to eat around the place but Furano is only about a 20 minute drive and there’s plenty to eat there. さらに表示

Very upset that the room was stink, requested to change to another room and saw there were vacancies in other rooms, still weren't able to stay in an alternative room. However, we were pleased that the staffs used the air freshener to reduce the stink, it just didn't help at all... A part from the stink, everything else is great. さらに表示

best and most value for money hotel in Hokkaido. there are 8 onsen pool in the men section and i believe the same is avail for the women section. 7 mins walk from train station with convenience store beside the hotel. must stay if coming here さらに表示
