The hotel was awesome and they provided great service. I love every aspect of this hotel. The price can be on the high side as there are kourokans that would be cheaper. As i got the Japanese style room it would be costlier, however it was worth every single buck. They provide the high quality shampoo as well. さらに表示

We stayed two nights and enjoy all three different hot springs, wonderful breakfast and dinner arrangement. The hotel is walkable to town and rope station, staff are excellent and professional. Quiet surroundings made you feel a real vacation. さらに表示

Great facilities and friendly staff, excellent service. Unique and abosolutely beautiful view that makes particularly the outdoor hot spring bath a rare harmony with the nature's. Great food , we ordered room served Kaiseki Cousine , it was absolutely sensational! Suggest to add but more hot spring bath time information so visitors can plan in advance. There are three hot spring locations with different opening hours. For those only stay one night, it is very likely to miss the opportunity to experience (or just check out) at least one of them. さらに表示

I am a solo traveller and the hotel offers single room so that I dont need to pay for a room for 2 people but enjoy the onsen. About onsen: the hotel is actually combined with another hotel under same brand (Located on each side of the river) so in total 3 onsen facilities with 2 outdoor onsens which were great. Also you can view the river and sakura from the connecting bridge which was beautiful. About food: the dinner and breakfast are both great. Kobe beef is offered at dinner - this hotel is also on the kobe beef association restaurant guide 2016-2017 so quality is good! About service: shuttle to and from bus station, multi lingual service (Surprisingly Chinese and English all good). Many local people were staying in the resort. Would definitely recommend this to solo and family travellers given the quality of hotel. さらに表示

No Wifi in the room was a bit disappointing. The hot spring Spa is great, I like the the one located near river bank, and everyone would enjoy the view and the little walk to the spa. The dinner is really amazing! さらに表示

Quiet environment but within walking distance to town center. Very nice restaurants and very friendly staff and the included meals were really great. The hotspring is relaxing and quiet and not too crowded. The whole hotel was very clean and comfy. さらに表示

外國來不一定吃到晚餐，不吃可以減收一點費用，沒有用温泉都要交稅，不合理，WiFi 太弱可以改善一點。我在富士山溫泉每人每天送一咖啡,雖然是咖啡機但感覺很好，但你們有中文和中國服務員這非常好 さらに表示
