因为是日式酒店，所以跟我们在日本入住的其他日式酒店一样，要下午三点才能CHICK IN，但是可以免费在酒店大堂喝茶休息，入住的时候还遇到了台湾人在做前台，可以说中文。房间离大堂有点距离，有专人提行李。晚餐是包含在房价里的，全日食，服务员跪着上了三轮菜！吃撑了完全。大堂贩卖的有马特产完全跟商店街的价格一样，甚至有便宜一些的，有马商业街关门很早，所以完全可以在大堂购物。唯一麻烦的是，离JR站距离有点远啊，而且是上坡路，建议行李多的出车站就直接打车。在日本的整个行程，酒店价格都在1600左右，这家是最棒的，总之超五星推荐。另外提醒下，这个酒店日本人会去的比较多，建议避开周末入住，价格会便宜40%。 さらに表示

agoda should have a section for guests to click if they need transport etc. This place provides vans but we, as customers booking under Agoda would not know about such. It is difficult to get accurate maps for this hotel and one could easily end up on the wrong road. The hotel is not as impressive as the photo images; quite a let down in fact. さらに表示

There are quite a lot of spring hotels in Arima, and Gekkoen Yugetsusanso Hotel is one of the biggest. However, the facilities look ancient while the areas of hot spring are quite small. The dinner was delicate enough, but we would say it's not as tasty as we expected. The Eau Ba Sang was very polite and nice, serving us dinner and making us comfy bed. The hotel also provided us convenient shuttle to the bus station early next morning which made us feel warm. We recommend the people who want to experience the traditional Japanese hotel to try. さらに表示

Excellent hotel! The hotel is located slightly away from Arima town centre and is about 15 mins walking distance from the train station, but you can always get the hotel to pick you up. The hotel staff can speak ok-english, so there is no issue in arranging your needs. Staff is friendly and helpful too. The Japanese traditional room is lovely. We had our dinner served in room by a lady who really served us well! The futon (prepared by the lady as well!) is comfortable as well. The hotel offers 3 public onsen with different theme, and all are great! Open-air onsen is a must-try which offers great scenery and experience. さらに表示

唯一稱讚的是員工的服務態度十分好，但其他就一般到中下。 設施是比較舊式，公眾溫泉沒有特色完全明白，但連付費的私人風呂也是一間小房間，而且照片是有風景可觀望的，真實是沒有。 最驚嚇的是我們和式房間晚上出現三隻大蟲在燈罩裡面，還在裡面不停飛及拍打燈，員工態度很好，找同事來把燈拆開，把蟲都殺了。 但幾分鐘後又有！但已不想再麻煩人了。 弄得我們兩個人整晚都沒睡好。 整體來說，付費差不多$3800港幣換來這種住宿體驗，不值得。 さらに表示
