ネットでの予約でしたが、チェック時に内容と名前の一部に誤りがありました。 何度か使用しているサイトなので改めて名前を入力していないので、どこでどう間違ったのかは不明ですが、正しく旅館に伝わっていなかったようでした。 こちらが誤ったようなフロントの対応で気持ち良くチェックインできませんでした。 お部屋への案内も無いと断言していましたが、別のフロント係の方は、案内に時間がかかっているので待つか自分で部屋に行くかの二択で説明していました。 担当によって対応の違いが感じられる残念に思いました。 さらに表示

宿泊のみ食事なしのプランで利用しました。特に不満なところは無かったので、良かったかなと思います。 お宿の近くにコンビニもあり、飲食店もちらほらありましたが、ランチ営業のみで早く閉まるお店も多く、夜はけっこうお店を探しました。居酒屋やバーはちらほらありましたが、お酒を飲まずにがっつりご飯だけ食べたい場合はお店が少ないかも。 「オムガネーシャ」というインド料理屋さんと、「美酒人路まるゆう」という居酒屋さんが一番近くておすすめかも。 さらに表示

The hotel is along the river and easy to walk to the onsen street. Very helpful staff to upgrade to a new room that is impressive. Breakfast and dinner are served in a public dinning room on the old wing. The hotel has 4 blocks (3 old+1 new but they are interconnected). Both meals are in set but soso only. Since the hotel alternate the onsen daily, guest can enjoy different onsens every other day. Onsen is from 15:00 to 01:00 and 05:00-10:00. Very strong onsen, sure win. Checked in was smooth , got a room at main building room 536, wasn’t please with the room as there are 6 air con compressor directly in front and blocking my window view . Room was cleaned and breakfast , dinner and onsen was very good ! さらに表示

2 nights stay here, we are happy with onsen. Also new onsen room named Zen is superb. Breakfast and dinner are delicious. we walk from JR station to hotel, it is easy and nearby the station, just cross the red bridge. さらに表示

We were looking for shuttle when we arrive at gero station. Could not find it cause everything in japanese and driver could not speak english. We bought breakfast n dinner package which quite expensive for the dinner to be included. The dinner was very bad and disarray. It was not enough to fill the stomach and after we finished all the the food on the table up to the third course, we thought there were more cause the rice was not served yet. It turned out the plain rice came out last just by itself. We were so confused because the staff could not speak english and did not tell us the process whatsoever. So dissapointed. さらに表示

Shuttle bus from station to hotel (only 5 min) so no need to worry about getting to the location. Great meal so I highly recommend going for the option with dinner in the banquet room - or even in your own room. Great authentic Japanese onsen experience for indulging! さらに表示

すごく良い
Overall hotel has met our expectation but it would be great if the front desk staff can speak basic English. We found out only 1 staff can speak English and Mandarin. A hotel of this size and with guest from all over the world, front desk staff should be able to speak minimal English. さらに表示
