０歳の子供を含む家族３人で２泊しました。 旅館の場所は駅から少し離れていて、山道を登らなければならず大変ですが、電車の到着時間に合わせて旅館のバスが待機してくれていて移動は楽にできました。 伝統を感じさせる旅館の雰囲気は、昔ながらの日本の旅館が好きな人にはとても良いと思います。 食事、スタッフの接客も良く、滞在中は終始快適に過ごすことができました。 赤ちゃんを連れていても、皆が笑顔で迎え入れてくださったので、こちらもとても気分が良かったです。 また、部屋から眺める山林の景観も素晴らしく、窓を閉めると周囲もとても静かだったので、部屋でゆっくりくつろぐには最適ではないかと思います。 下呂の温泉街や合掌村等の観光地に行くには少し距離があります。 ベビーカーを押しての旅館からの行き来は結構体力使いました。 ステイケーションとして、旅館で温泉と食事を楽しみたい場合には、最善の選択肢となるのではないでしようか。 さらに表示

春節のためか宿泊客の8~9割は中華系が占めていました。中華系外国人に人気の宿なのだと思います。食事は値段のわりに普通の和食といったかんじで、もう少し工夫が欲しかったです。お迎え、送迎時の接客は良かったです。施設は古いのが売りなのだとおもいますが、それを素敵と思うかどうかは個人差があると思います。 さらに表示

From the Web site we dont know this hotel was being selected as Japanese Emperors travel accommodation in GERO onsen！ No need to mention its details of every arrangement since your arrival！ Just the tea serving after your arrival is good enough to demonstrate their keen on making you a VIP, everyone is a VIP!!! Very nice and traditional hotel with a lot of entertainment facilities! I love the traditional Japanese architecture framework. Fill up with a lot of stories and memories inside. Staff are nice and helpful. Especially for those with capability to talk in Madarine and English. Make the visitors like going back home! Amazing outdoor and indoor onsen, comfortable, spacious rooms, excellent kaiseki dinner and breakfast. Beautiful garden and hotel, it is enjoyable just to stroll around (even indoors!). But best of all, staff is the nicest and most helpful. English is spoken, so it is an excellent place for foreigners to experience the traditional ryokan culture. A very unique and large Ryokan building full of charm and with a long history build in the middle of the Japan alps town. Nice outdoor Onsen baths, great course dinner served by very helpful staff in the room, overall a fantastic atmosphere especially in Autumn that feels like you are on a movie set taking place in ancient Japan. This is up in the mountains about 20 minutes walk uphill from Gero station (but they provide regular shuttle busses from the Station timed with the train arrivals). Only downside: Some surprisingly rather rude staff yelling and rushing all new guests into the building and to check in upon arrival from the Hotel shuttle bus. Most of the guests on the shuttle were Chinese (I'm not sure if it's really related!) but this was really surprising and quite unusual to have someone repeatedly yell like that on guests in Japan. It is located at the hillside and thus suitable for those travelling by driving. The public hot spring is very nice. We lived in the Annex block and have a hot spring in my room. It was fanstatic to have the hot spring in the early morning looking the greenery outside. Dinner was the standard Japanese style in those hot spring hotel. Yunoshimakan is a huge, labyrinthine dream. It feels like you’re in a weird old movie the whole time. Don’t go here if you only like newly renovated hotels - this is NOT what you’re looking for. But if you like surreal experiences, this is for you. The gorgeous old building sprawls in a nook partway up a mountain, with nothing but beautiful forest views. The service is impeccable. The baths are peaceful and relaxing. The whole place is kind of outdated but for us that only added to its movie-set charm. The kaiseki meal served in our room blew me away. Basically I would tell all my friends to go. It’s well worth the trip. Tip: the lights in your room have two settings; make sure you put it on the dim setting before dinner. I wish I’d known because we ate in glaring fluorescent light and it wasn’t a nice vibe for such an incredible meal. We loved club moonlight. Enjoy wandering around exploring the building, and take advantage of the private baths as well as the public outdoor one. さらに表示

The place is very beautiful and the service is beyond compare. We enjoyed the kaiseki meal. We are so full hahaha. Then the onsen, yukata, our tatami room. Everything is an incredible experience. Definitely we will be back given a chance. I want to explore more the forest さらに表示
