ホテルは駅近くどこに行くのも便利、スタッフも親切に対応、しかし、ホテルをインターネットで紹介したアゴダは最低、ホテル予約の内容は間違えてホテルに伝わっていた、不安のなりキャンセルしようとしたら自動的に１５％のキャンセル料が発生、電話連絡してもつながらない（インチキくさいネットエージェント）、当日ホテルにチェックインしてホテルのスタッフのサービスに安心し滞在しました、朝食も最高でした。 インターネットホテル予約サービスエージェントの”アゴダ”は信用できなく心配しました。 さらに表示

名鉄岐阜駅から北にすぐの場所で、どこに行くにも便利な場所また、スタッフの対応は、とても良い。部屋はﾌﾛｰﾘﾝｸﾞで清潔感があるが、ただ設備が少し古いのか、エアコンの温度調節が出来ない(集中管理)、またシャワーが使い勝手が悪いので洗面のフロアまで水浸しになる。全体的には良いホテルなので、機会があれば、また利用したい。 さらに表示

旅の予定が流動的だったので宿泊した当日の午前中に急きょ予約しだけど素泊まりで安く泊まれた。どこにでもあるビジネスホテルだが、駅繁華街が近く便利。 名鉄岐阜駅徒歩1分、JR岐阜駅2分、玉宮町1分。駐車料金は別途1000円必要だが、この立地なら当然で不満は無い。泊まるだけの利用ならかなりいいと思う。 さらに表示

冷暖房が個別には設置されていなくて、「部屋が暑い」と言っても「窓を開けて調節してほしい」と言われました。暑い寒いの感じ方は個人それぞれでしょうから、部屋別に空調設備がないのは寒暖の差が激しい岐阜にはキビしいのでは？と思いました。北海道から出掛けた私たちは「この時期にこんなに暖房入れっぱなし？・・・」と、窓を開けっぱなしでした。 さらに表示

The room is quite large by Japanese standards. The only problem with the room is that there is no built-in aircon in the room due to the age of the hotel, but there is a mobile a/c system, which can get a little noisy at times during the night when cooling the entire room. The pillows are 2-sided and a little too hard for my liking. Vending machines are not on all floors, and to reach the washers/dryers I had to navigate through a 2nd floor lobby business meeting attendants. Do try the Japanese restaurant in the basement. It has excellent service and quality food, although communication in English was a bit of a challenge. All the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is quite convenient (5-8 min walk from Nagoya JR station) and 2-5 min from Nagoya Metetsu station. We actually left the JR train station from the 2F exit and found the bridge connecting different buildings with elevator/escalator makes things (especially with heavy suit case) easier. In addition, the staff iare quite friendly and helpful to provide traffic advice. Also, the room size amazed us as unlike small hotel room in ordinary business hotel, there is a small round table (aside from twin beds) where you can sit and enjoy eating/drinking etc. Oberall, we will consider to stay again if to visit Gifu next time. さらに表示

It's so comfortable riding to see Gifu around, to castle, to the river, to supermarket... Only 2 mins walking distance to Mintetsu train station, just in the city center. Perfect experience staying this hotel. さらに表示
