外国人のスタッフさんでしたが、説明も丁寧でわかりやすく、部屋も広く3人で利用しましたが、ソファーベッドと聞いていて、小さめかと思いきや、ほぼ一人用のベッドでした！

Kyoto is a BUS town. A young couple very kindly walked us to the hotel from the station after failing to get a taxi to stop for over 15 minutes. Thank you to Koji and partner from Four Seasons Kyoto.
The Hotel is difficult to find as streets often have no signs and all the Ryokans and restaurants look similar. My recommendation is to alight at Sanjo Station and proceed approximately 700 metres to Shinmonzen-Dori. The street is sign-posted in English but only at that end of the street. The hotel is on your right a little way down, after crossing the 2-way street.
Nacho (his real name) speaks multiple languages including English, very well.
Room was spacious and well laid-out.
The bath was tiny, about the size of a large laundry-tub and had no grab-rail to assist in getting out. Not good for the elderly traveller.
Most of the instructions were good and in 3 languages including English and Chinese.

Facilities are better than many big hotels, even has a washing machine and dryer, best still, they prepare a washing detergent for us. Got a elective stove, oven, fridge... What else would you ask for?
The most spacious Japanese hotel room that I got during for trip for that price.
Staff was helpful and thoughtful, spoke English too. I would definitely stay there again if I have a chance visit kyoto again. I hope they don't change. Kudos! さらに表示

I love it here, it has everything that i need. We can cook for breakfast and wash our clothes and hang it in the bathroom which has a drier function. It’s winter but the room is well heated and there’s a humidifier as well. It cost 500yen to rent the kitchen utensils. Room is fantastic, we can open 3 large suitcases tho it does feel a bit cramped with the open suitcases. About 5-10 mins walk to 3 train stations (gion shijo,kawaramachi, sanjo keihan) and you can just explore gion by foot all day long. I love it here !! さらに表示

The room is very spacious. You have your own shower and bathroom. You can also wash your clothes because they provide a washing machine and liquid soap. Then dry them in the shower. They also have a kitchen but you need to rent the pans and other utensil that you will need for cooking. Near the train station and bus stop. Near Yasaka and other shrines if you like walking. Fantastic place to call home for a few nights, or even longer. The room is big for Japanese hotel room standards, with small kitchenette and new equipment. The staff is also very friendly and the location is quite, but right in the middle of everyone you'd want to go (by foot). さらに表示

It was the first time for us to visit kyoto, and the hospitality of the staff members was amazing. It was a japanese public holiday therefore lots of restaurants were closed but the staff tried their best to help us finding a good restaurants for dinner. Greatly recommended! さらに表示

First, the staff... AMAZING! So friendly and spoke english flawlessly which was a treat for a non-japanese speaking visitor. They were so nice. The locker system for keys was good too.
The room was gigantic and oh my gosh, the luxury of a washing machine in the room and a multi peg hanger to dry clothes. It was so hot and being able to do multiple loads was great. I didn’t use the kitchen but was nice having it there. Japanese shower was unusual but I quite liked sitting after a long day. Will definitely be back if I visit Kyoto again. The best place to stay! The rooms are big and so clean . A Kitchenet / fridge / washing machine here. The staff are super friendly especially Satoshi. He made our stay so comfortable by giving us so much tour advice. He went out of his way to help us find good places to eat , gave us maps , found kimono renting place which was the cheapest in town and his kindness will never be forgotten . We took bus directly from Kyoto station and were 2 blocks away in a quite and peaceful street . A 10 min walk away from the famous market and a big temple . Gion 10 min away where you see All the culture in one place. Many buses go to sightseeing places from here . We were so thankful to all the staff there especially Satoshi who even wrote us a card and printed out photos on our departure . Thank you ! We loved the rooms and would stay again . We have really enjoyed the space provided by this apartment hotel. There is room for a lounge and a small kitchen if you want to cook. We mostly ate out but it was great to be able to spread out a bit. The washing machine and drying system were a bonus as we had been traveling for some time and it was good to be able to freshen up our clothes. My husband left his bag with passport on the bus and the staff reported this for us and we were very pleased that the bag was recovered the next day. The room wasn't serviced during our three day stay and this suited us very well. We don't really need clean sheets and towels each day and it provides a greater sense of privacy as well as saving on unnecessary washing. We really enjoyed our stay as it was in walking distance to sites and public transport. We would definitely stay here again. さらに表示

The front desk staff, Yugo and Kandai were extremely helpful in all respects. They recommended excellent eateries, interesting sites and even walked us to several locations they wanted us to see. Yugo was very skilled at printing off maps for us and could not be more helpful in explaining directions, etc.
The Inn is located in a beautiful part of the city. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was not included but we were sent to a fantastic little coffee and breakfast place close by. (Ogawa Coffee.)

The inn was walking distance to Gion Shijo Station, main shopping area such as Nishiki market, Takashimaya, etc. Bought the two days Keihan railway kyoto to osaka pass. Easy access to stations for your visit around Kyoto recommended area including Arashiyama. We took the Haruku train from Kansai airport to JR Kyoto from Kyoto station we took a taxi that cost us around 1800yen as we had two luggages. The staff at the inn spoke english the place was very clean had a seperate bath and toilet, washing machine (well used) you can dry your clothes in the bath area with the dryer heater the instructions were in Japanese but its simple to use there is a guide book provided. It also came with a full size fridge, microwave oven, kitchen with a cooker but no utensils. On the last day we check out and used our 2 day pass to catch train from Gion Shijo to Osaka. We really enjoyed our stay at this inn and will come back again. Highly recommended. さらに表示
