Our room was tiny for three people but totally functional, clean, and comfortable. Loved that there was a washing machine. Wish we could have tried staying in one of the larger suites. The staff were the best - so helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to accommodate. さらに表示

Great location walking distance to public transport, the main restaurant strip ans other iconic streets in Gion.
The hotel room wasnt too small and included kitchenette, sofa with coffee table and desk. Each floor also has a laundry room which was handy. The only negative was it was quite loud at night as it was right on the corner of the traffic intersection. You also had to hand in your keys at reception each time you go out which is a bit old school. さらに表示

The wall between the room were too thin. I cannot rest well since my neighbour (Chi*** tourist) were extreemly super noisy until past midnight. (Really noisy beyond the normal human being)
On the 2nd night i even have to ask the staff to handle the noise problem, but ssdly it was only effective for a couple minute. On the 3rd day during my stay, they start yelling and laughing so loud again with bonus of the noise of they moving someting heavy against the wall.
If you are someone who want to relax after long day strolling the city of Kyoto. I recommend to find other accomodation rather than this place. Since this is my first time came to Kyoto, I don't really know my options. Thanks God I only stayed for 3 nights.
In terms of facilites, it was good. You got kitchen complete with the appliances and dishes. Laundry machine that free to used. Good english speaking staff. This hotel would be great if they have a thick-soundproof wall. さらに表示

The hotel is in a good location right next to gion, and close to Nishki market.
It has a very traditional feel (like you have to leave your shoes at the entrance), but the room is a bit small if you need the space (and no closet). さらに表示

The hotel is well located in Sanjo. There are lots of kitchen facilities. However the room is smaller than expected and the cleanliness could be slightly improved. Nevertheless the staff are friendly and helpful and it was a pleasant stay at Gozan さらに表示

Very nice hotel, clean and spacious than I expected. The room with open air tub is amazing in winter for hot spring. Location is good, 24 hrs convenience store is nearby. Gion is just a few minutes walk. さらに表示

This is a relatively new hotel, so everything is new and clean . They provide great amenities, the shower is to die for! Breakfast is simple but good. The hotel is walking distance from Gion, Pontocho, and the takashimaya area. There is a great bicycle rental place nearby, really recommend it (get the electric assisted one), good way to explore the city without having to walk too much. Nice and comfortable hotel in Kyoto. The rooms are tiny but clean and warm. The staff is very helpful and speaks English, they were so kind to book us restaurants in japanese. Make sure you try the night bar, no cover fee and a great bartender, Hide, who will take care of you with the best drinks. さらに表示

The hotel has upgraded me to a suite setting room. Great location and helpful staff. Because its a hotel with serviced apartment setting, the room provides simple kitchen setting including stove, microwave, pots, utensils and laundry room. Comfortable bedding and branded bathroom products. However no parking service available but there are many small parking spaces around the block. Just 5 min walk to the nearby restaurant area. さらに表示
