部屋は狭いですが、清潔感があり綺麗でした。 駅からは少し歩きますが、徒歩で道頓堀にも行けるのでアクセス面も便利でした。 立地、部屋に関しては文句なしです。 ただエアコンが急につかなくなり、フロントへ助けを求めたところ、女性スタッフの態度が悪いうえに、対応も遅く正直怒りが収まりませんでした。 「いま手が離せないので部屋には行けない。ブレーカーを一度落としてください」と言われ、落としましたが、エアコンは直りませんでした。その日の大阪は30度越えの蒸し暑い天気。窓を開けても風が吹いてないので同行者も私も汗が止まりません。 もう一度、フロントに行くと「手が離せない」と言っていたスタッフはご飯を食べていました。私たちは暑すぎてつらいので早くエアコンを直すか部屋を変えてもらうようお願いしますが、上のものに確認しますの一言のみ。責任者に確認する前に女性スタッフが一度部屋に様子を見に来るなどもう少し融通の利く対応はできなかったでしょうか。 終始目も合わせず、素っ気ない態度だったのも気になりました。こちらが若い女二人だからなめられていたのでしょうか。 部屋も綺麗で、コスパも良いのに女性スタッフの態度が悪く非常に残念でした。 (全員が悪いわけではなく、チェックインをしてくれた眼鏡の男性の方はとても対応が良かったです) さらに表示

お部屋は綺麗でしたし、ベットの硬さもちょうどよく寝心地が良かったです。アメニティとしてキッチン用品をお借りしました。洗剤は用意してくださいましたが、スポンジが無かったので、洗体用にあったアメニティのスポンジを使用。あとは部屋のテーブルが小さめ。部屋の大きさから小さめテーブルじゃないと仕方ないとは思いましたが、キッチンがあって自炊できるならもう少し大きめのテーブルが良かったなーと思いました！ さらに表示

Location is superb, near kuromon market with many food stalls, convenient store. Hotel staff was very helpful and speak good english. Room quality is spacious and clean. They provide cooktop but no kitchen utensil. Would be great if they can provide the basic one. Overall, will stay here again for our next trip. さらに表示

i stayed in apartment with one bedroom with balcony, kitchenette without cook and bowls, just have a kettle, shower, restroom, all these are tiny, within 10 mins walking to namba subway, old person can walk, taxi to osaka station about 3000 yen さらに表示

Hotel is located within 15 - 20 minutes walking distance from Namba Station and near to Kuromon market. If you are a seafood lover, you're gonna love this hotel. Hotel is not provided with room cleaning service, however many facilities are provided inside the room, e.g. microwave, induction stove, and washing machine. Hotel's staff are extremely friendly and speak good English. For those with heavy luggage, have no worries, lift is available. さらに表示

For long stays the washing machine will be very practical, the kitchenette with extractor, fridge and microwave can come very handy but there are no pots, pans or utensils to cook. I don't know if reception will provide anything, otherwise the kitchenette is just wasting precious space. If you are carrying luggage you will not know where to keep it. Another problem is the cheap and low quality air con system, not up to hotel standards. I only stayed one night there, in winter, and the room never got warm, and less if you consider that the mattresses are practically on the floor. さらに表示

The worst place i’ve ever stayed in my life. Worst location, worst staff, worst cleanliness. WORST ABOUT EVERYTHING. you know what, the best part was the water dead for almost 2 days. HAHAHAHHAHAHAHA :) so me & my group check out & moved to another hotel. and also for all the guests in that hotel room. SO NOTTT RECOMMENDED!! like seriously. my honest review. 😭 さらに表示

Firstly, this is a B&B and not a hotel. There is no cleaning of the room. You have to throw ypur pwn rubbish n bring towels down for exchange. Secondly, the water pipe was damaged on the 1st jan 19 and the whole apartment has no water supply. There is no action taken by e hotel to warn the guests and we only discovered after we went back to rm and discovered. Poor management. The problem was detected in e afternoon but nothing was done. They did help to book another hotel but at a lower price and they were not willing to refund the difference. Taxi was hard to get on new year n we have to push all e luggage to the new hotel and we have to split into 2 rooms I will definitely not recommend this to others. The hotel is clean and staff was nice and friendly. Location is bit far from train station, need take around 10mins by walking. But it's very near to Kuromon Market and nearby family mart & Lawson. The only 1 disadvantage is the kitchen lack of equipment, without any dinnerware,cooking pot and wash powder. And also need to throw rubbish by ourself. さらに表示

The room is very clean but a bit small(which is ok for two). Also, there is no wardrobe to hang up the clothes. There is also no cooking utensil which will be very useful. I will still recommend the room since it is good for value! さらに表示
