ホテル自身は ワンルームを改装したタイプですが快適でした。 ただ、メールでチェックイン可能になったら玄関と部屋の暗唱番号を伝えてくれるシステムですがメールが来ない為玄関前で閉め出しを食らいました。 チェックイン時にスタッフに尋ねても メールを送ったかどうか？来てない時の対応等は分からないと言われ紙に書いたモノを渡されました。 部屋自身は再度利用したいと思いますが、予約システムとスタッフには厳しい点数になります さらに表示

ホテルはとても綺麗で場所も少し裏路地にはなるが中心地からそれほど遠くなく良かった。価格に対してこのレベルなら満足と思った。少し難点は入り口が施錠されており、いちいちパスコードを入れないといけないということだ。フロントに人が入れば開けてくれるが、いない時はパスコード入力が必要です。 さらに表示

Value for the money was excellent! Rooms are clean and spacious. There’s also laundry which is a plus but I didn’t get to use it because there was always someone else doing their laundry. The check in was complicated though... Thankfully there was an attendant working there at that time. We never received any passcode to get into the building so if nobody worked there, then we would have been screwed. So make sure you check in not too late or else there won’t be a way to get in さらに表示

I have made booking by stating clearly I am booking for a family of 4 (2 kids 9 and 12 years old). I was given smallest room where I had problem sleeping with 4 of us. the location was meters away from exit 2 with stairs not suitable for strollers and luggages. They had a laundry service which was perfect. I appreciate the email they sent us beforehand informing us of the scheduled after 3-days cleaning service, we do know how to clean after ourselves so it was ok for us. Near to subway. Value for money for clean and moderate size room. Easy and secure check in/out procedure. You hv to leave your luggage at their Kyoto Info ctr if you want to go somewhere b4 check in or after check out but not at your hotel. There is no intrest place around. さらに表示

No one ever came to clean our room or even take the trash... We had to use convenience store bags for trash since the one small bin that was provided became too full. Our room was one of the few that did NOT have the “cleaning not required” sign, yet the cleaning staff failed to show up even once... To our surprise, they also added a “kyoto tax” that we had to pay upon arrival! I don’t recall reading about that anywhere.... created a negative first impression for sure. The location wasn’t extremely inconvenient, but there are better options. The nightly price was very reasonable and it was nice that laundry facilities were provided. I stayed five nights at this hotel and there was only 1 day of housekeeping done. The service is totally unacceptable. Additionally, there is no luggage pick up service to the metro. You will need to drag your luggage on the rough patch of walkway for 500 metres to the nearest metro. さらに表示

Good location as it is near to Gojo train station. Cozy and clean twin room, kind of small but good enough for 2 person. Good service to their guest as it provides free shuttle bus from Ms Kyoto Information Center to hotel before check in. But it seems not for all hotels. Guest also can store their luggage at Ms Kyoto before check in and after check out. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here. さらに表示

The hotel is very clean and hassle-free check-in and check-out. It’s about 5mins to the nearest subway, and 15mins to the nearest JR line and there’s a mart opposite the hotel which was convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant 4 nights. さらに表示
