トップシーズンの利用だった為、施設に見合う宿泊料金ではなかったが、どこも高い時期なので仕方ないかなと思う。 ここは、アパートを改装した民泊施設です。掃除は行き届いていて綺麗でした。 ホテルがバス停から少し離れている。コンビニまで若干歩く。 観光名所にも離れているので、便利とは言い難いが無難ではある。 フロントは無人でチェックイン時間を気にすることはないが、 宿泊税を支払いにタイトなスケジュールの中、事務所まで行かなくては いけないので、とても不便。 （宿泊税を持って行った際、事務所の方がきょとんとしていた…） 鞄の預かりもホテルでできず、事務所でしか預かってもらえない。 予約した時は無料飲料水提供が記載されていたが、実際は無かった。 現在は提供自体無くなっている模様。 外国人向けの様で、案内が英語を主として届くので、わかりづらかった。 さらに表示

宿泊施設としての設備は新しい事もあり、並みと言ったところですが宿泊までの段取りの対応が雑すぎて正直今後は利用しようとは思いませんし、できる限りココは選ばない方が良いとご覧になっている方に言いたいです。 予約した後の事前登録サイトはエラーで手続き出来ない、それを問い合わせても返事がない。 メールをよこせと言って初めて返事が来る(Ｇメール)、電話をしてきてもワンギリ。それに対しての謝罪もなし。 登録済ませた後も、ホテル側から再度登録しろとのメールが来続ける。 それも説明なし。 チェックイン当日問い合わせても当直は電話に出ない。折り返しもなし。 個人情報を任せるのには非常に不安ですし、せっかくの旅行なのにその準備中ずっと不愉快な気分が解消されず、当日もまさかの出来事にあきれました。 混む時期で他にホテルも探せなかったので、ある程度は我慢しましたがそれも足元を見られているようで本当に腹が立ちます。 無人フロントも別に悪い試みではないと思いますがそれにするには大変組織体系がなっていなさすぎる。 だったら多少古くとも温かみのあるゲストハウスの方がずっと古都を楽しめると思います。 さらに表示

Location is near exit 2 of Gojo station. Kawaramachi is 1 station away, the same with Kyoto station. Fresco supermarket, Family Mart, Lawson, Yoshinoya, McDonalds are just a few steps away. Room is spacious and clean. Ample supplies given. Bed is confortable. Self check-in and check-out. They inform you about this through email.. Overall, the hotel was up to standard and I will be returning, however despite not having access to check in codes in the day from an administrative error, which hopefully will be fixed in the future, I would happily return. さらに表示

The shower is really weird, the shower head is at the corner of the tub so need to stand at an angle, otherwise you have to hold it. Otherwise pretty clean and spacious compared to other hotels. さらに表示

The location is great and the apartment is clean. It was a little confusing as it was my first time staying at a hotel like this. A received an email telling me I could leave my cases at the office if I arrived early. However, what was not made clear is that the office is not even close to the hotel. Slightly worried regarding past reviews on difficulty to access the hotel hence was extra cautious with checking email, making sure have internet/wifi for communication with host. Was easy to locate using google map n near exit 2 gojo station. With luggage initially, we used exit 6 with elevator. The fully automated check in / check out and operational of a hotel without and staff is quite a novelty for us, felt like we have the whole place to ourselves. Everything was very new, cleaning crew came in twice for our 6 nights stay in kyoto. Would have been perfect if washer n dryer was within the hotel so we didn't have to do laundry 15 mins walk away. さらに表示

Take care, its not an hotel as we usually expected one. There is no reception, only an iPad for the checkin and a phone in case of emmergency. But no people to ask to, no laundry or daily cleaning. さらに表示

GRAND JAPANING HOTEL Karasuma Gojo has to be the worst value for money hotel ever visited. Service is zero ,everything is done by email. The hotel has a front desk with an I Pad you must do everything through and a phone that you can call if need help . Tried the phone several times no one ever answered. So you have to email to get answers , we just gave up .The room is cleaned every 3 days it says in the information folder, this I think agoda should tell potential guests in advance. Spoke to another group of guests that were just as disgusted with the level of service. In my opinion this hotel should be taken off Agoda web site. regards Ripped Off . さらに表示

1. Gave a 2 stars for cleanliness as the cleaner is not available after 4pm. Neither is there anyone at the reception who can help you. So, you cannot change the bedsheet or towels after the cleaner end their work in the morning. Thankfully, we grab hold of the staffs who came by to change towels - They were very kind to give an extra towel for baby. 2.There is no one at the reception. Check in was through a tablet. If there's no emergency, it's alright. But if you need help from the reception, you have to come out of your room, walk through the cold corridor and head down to the lobby to call the help desk. You cannot dial the phone from your room. The person will communicate with you through the email. Make sure you have wifi. otherwise, you cannot enter the hotel, your room and receive information. 3. Not recommended for young children - no cot provided - space in toilet is small - sharp edges back of the bed - limited tv channels 4. Perhaps it's a good place for young couples. さらに表示

The hotel was convenient and a great choice price per value; the room was clean, size as per description. We could use their handy device that included hot spot connections, very useful around the city. Great breakfast with a lot of choice both asian and western style. さらに表示
