何から何までメール待ちなので、慣れるまでは違和感があるかもしれません。でも、チェックイン後は極めて快適でした。京都は二番手、三番手のホテルまで料金が高止まりしているから、こういうホテルは大歓迎です。 さらに表示

今回、就学旅行以来での京都となります。宿泊先の感想として、とても快適でありました。室内も綺麗で浴室もとても掃除がゆきとどいておりました。室内のWIFIが端末のみの点が気になるところです。 ロケーションも祇園まで徒歩圏内ですし、周辺には遅くまで食事ができる店もありおすすめです。 さらに表示

There is no human receptionist, therefore you cannot leave your luggage before or after the stay. It is actually possible to leave at their office building, but location is different. You have to bring there. It is not very handy if you have luggage. Another thing was that they don't provide pajama. If you stay at similar type of accommodations in Japan, usually pajama set is inclusive. But they did not. I even did not think of it because it is too common to have hotel pajama. hahaha. 部屋も綺麗で、スタッフの方の対応も良かったです。 ホテルの周辺は住宅地で、街灯も多くありません。 深夜のチェックインで、大きな通りから細い道に入り、くらい道を進むのが少し緊張したのでロケーションは星4つにしました。 さらに表示

Keyless entry. Have some eateries and a local shopping street nearby. However, WIFI in the room was very bad. Have to go to lobby to use the WIFI. Didn't use any of the facilities, not sure what facilities are available in the hotel. さらに表示

Over all was great, Room was clean, staff were nice, helpful and kind free laundry (but kinda dirty dryer) is a plus too. but hotel check-in procedure was a mess, I don't mind human-less hotel at all, even love it. But check-in and pass hotel door with "hotel generated passwords" is not a convenient way at all. It should have been keycard or something that doesn't require me to write down or remember some random passwords, Like sending qr-code to my phone or a piece of paper. さらに表示

I love the friendliness of the staff, keyless entry is very convenient, its nice that you can do your laundry for free, there are also amenities available in the room, the shuttle bus is good as well. Hotel is near a train station, bus stop and convenience stores which for me is a huge plus. Although I wish there was a microwave available maybe? The office of the hotel was a bit difficult to find so wished there was more instructions on how to find it. Staff knowledge on tourist spots and cool shops (like 100 yen shops) would be nice as well. But overall, we are very happy to have stayed at grand japaning! :) さらに表示

Modern hotel with self check in. Location is not near Kyoto Station, but near Omiya Station and Shijo Omiya Staton. When travel to the hotel, they provide free shuttle bus from their office near Kyoto Station but they require reservation from their website. They also provide shuttle bus to nearby attraction in Kyoto, also need reservation in advance. Overall, the stay was nice and room was clean. さらに表示

Bathtub is slightly bigger than the standard Japanese size Comfortable bed Its near a Daiso and Kawaramachi is about 10-15minutes walk away Though its not advisable to walk from Kyoto station to accommodation as it is a tad far It would have been great if the price is slightly lower さらに表示

This hotel is new, so every equipment look new. Hotel do provide laundry at ground floor for hotel guests. Do take note for that if you need it. Since this hotel is self check in, hotel will communicate with you through email at your check-in date. So do make sure you can connect with your email account before you want to check -in. Otherwise, at the front door entrance, use the phone provided by hotel to contact with Hotel's customer service and ask them for your code for enter hotel front door and for check in.
