隣の部屋の方のいびきがすごく聞こえた。 壁の防音をアップした方がよい。 また、住所にて、京都特有の通りの名前を明記した方が良い。その他は良い。 さらに表示

到着した時、玄関の機械でパスワードを求められて戸惑った。結局、中からスタッフが出てきたのでよかったが、どうしようかと焦った。　　私の部屋の窓はほんの少ししか開かない。すぐ隣の建物があるので、開いても何も見えなかったと思うが、閉塞感はあった。　コンビニまでは、2～3分歩く。　二泊だったが、スタッフの顔を見たのはチェックイン時だけであった。 さらに表示

The hotel has automatic system check in and out, pass code for hotel door and room door, it may be hard to see staff when it’s out of working hour But everything to me was nice, 5 mins to Kyoto station, free shuttle bus from M’s info office to hotel, free luggage storage at their office (3 mins from main door of Kyoto station) You have to pay tax at the hotel because of new Kyoto’s regulation, the price on Agoda excluding this little amount money さらに表示

About 15mins walk frm Kyoto Station. Love the cleanliness here. Thare is a Bicycle rental shop beside the hotel which u can rent at a very reasonable price to explore the town. さらに表示

No washing machine. No allowance for keeping bags after check out at hotel. Got to take a taxi to the check in counter to keep your bags after check out. Does not mention the accommodation tax one has to pay upon check in when making payment on the net. さらに表示

The booking for this hotel was kind of disappointing, as everything else were kind of self-service. From the check-in until the Check-out process. Facility wise, it was quite limited and there were no front desk staff present after 8pm. The hotel room was quite small, and there was no heads up beforehand from the hotel about the requirement to pay any local hotel tax. Located in a quiet neighbourhood which is about 10mins walk from Kyoto Station. The Hotel chain was great that they have their own Information Center was relatively near Kyoto Station and allowed us to put our luggage with them before check-in and also provide a shuttle service to the hotel. Room was bigger than the average Japan Hotel and was clean and comfortable. The only unsatisfactory issue I had was that the TV was not working. As the hotel only has one(?) staff on duty, the front desk was empty most of the time. さらに表示

I stayed there for 3 nights and they said no room clean up service for less than 4 nights, cleaning lady's attitude is bad and reluctant to replace towel for me. Reception is empty most of the time. Location is far from station and quiet at night, better spend money on other choices in kyoto. さらに表示

酒店很新, 乾淨, 安靜, 房內空間雖不是很大, 但地上能半開2個中大型行李箱。在出發前上網預先登記資料, 會送一次免費運行李到房間, 這超好的, 這樣我們剛到京都就可以放下行李安心出去玩啦，我另一件行李就只需JPY500也可以運到房間, 辦手續的地方就在車站旁, 很方便。check in, check out 在酒店前台自助解決, 不複雜, 會收電郵跟着辦就可以了。酒店就在京都站東北方向, 走個8-10分鐘, 平路, 所以拉着箱子走也不困難。這次出行因為是旅遊旺季, 所以先定價位再找酒店, 這家我很滿意。 さらに表示

酒店雖小 五臟區全 情侶二人地方夠用了 因為分開了兩次訂 再三跟酒店確認了不要換房 可是去到的時候前台像是什麼都不知的樣子 還要我們出示booking number 給了booking number還是糊里糊塗的說不知道不清楚 可能前台還要多加培訓呢 還有入住的時候要再給錢也不提早通知也沒有在預約的時候備註 這樣很唐突呢 さらに表示
