modern hotel, everything driven by codes, no staff around, so if you come back late evening and discover your aircon stopped working, there's no chance you can get help さらに表示

Pro - everything is clean and new. The rooms are big and spacious. There is a free laundry machine and detergent to use and every room comes with a smartphone that can make local calls and has data so you can bring it around when you travel! CON- checkin is not till 4pm and you have to leave your things at a building in Kyoto. There is staff on site at the inn from 1pm-10pm but they are NOT at the front desk. If there is anything you need, you have to find the staff or call to their main office. That being said, it wasn't an issue at all because they provided both a direct line and also the smart phone. everything is keypad entry and very digitalized. Paid a high price for a bad hotel experience. The room itself is fine with an exceptional shower. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin and can constantly hear other guests in the hallway or their own rooms. Not great for trying to get a good night's sleep! WORST OF ALL - this hotel expects the paying customer to do everything, including checking in and checking out. Was sent an email that was not welcoming whatsoever, with a long list of "WE DON'T"s, such as "We don't store luggage" and demanding that I fill in my personal information before arrival. I thought this was the hotel staff's job, but there aren't any staff. There might be one person hanging around somewhere and you can call them from the front desk. Extremely inconvenient, cold, and lazy of this hotel chain to not have any type of customer service. さらに表示

Check-in & check-out procedure was simple and straight-forward. Room was cozy and clean. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends, and also consider this if we were to come back to Kyoto again :) さらに表示

We felt extremely welcome by the hotel although it's a self check in hotel however there isn't much hassle by checking in with the ipad. It's a newly built hotel so everything is new and clean. Best part is when it has a free laundry room with detergent provided. Will definitely come back and stay in this lovely neighbourhood that has so many convenient store even a market just 5 mins walk. Buses that link us to Gion area is also nearby as well. さらに表示

This hotel has a policy that they only clean the room (non negotiable) and change towels (towel can be asked everyday) every 3 days. They said they never said in their page that they will clean it everyday, but I argue regarding 3 star hotel standard that they use. This kind of new concept should be outlined and put in big words so future customer will not get the feeling of getting cheated. Without daily cleaning, it should only have 2,5 star instead of 3. Luckily, the building is new and clean. Unfortunately the pillow and bed which they use are not comfortable for me. さらに表示

There is no staff stay in front desk, this hotel promotes high-tech, we can only reach the staff by email or phone call. But there is no telephone inside the hotel room, when we had any request, we had to go down to front desk and use the public telephone to call the staff. Even I contacted the staff by email, I still got no reply from the staff. It does help the hotel to save the cost but no convenient to the customers at all! さらに表示

the check in system was messy, they gave me a room password that was wrong in my email. had to call the staff, then realised it's been changed without informing us. before entering the building, we had some issue, we tried to call the staff on the phone right outside the main door and it wasn't working, mattress is extremely uncomfortable and very hot to sleep in, we kept waking up all night, walls are thin and you can hear everything at the corridor. only good thing is the location, hotel is brand new and clean, we moved to another one right opposite and had such a good sleep. さらに表示

旅館一樓有兩部洗脫烘全自動洗衣機，但洗到好要將近3小時，晚上通常都輪不到，可以一大早再去，房間裡只有附牙刷，但是刷毛很硬，沒有梳子棉花棒，建議要自備，住宿三天以上才會打掃一次，垃圾每天要自行打包放在門口，櫃檯沒有隨時服務人員在，需要找人的話拿起櫃檯的話筒即可喚出服務人員，以上的住宿心得覺得很好 さらに表示

步行五分鐘就能到達二条城前駅, 十五分鐘就可以到達二条JR, 地理位置上確實是很好, 但因為位於民居位置, 所以附近只有數間餐廳, 五分鐘也能到達Lawson/全家。設施方面, 可以免費洗衫和基本洗澡用具, 但是不知道為什麼沒有人幫忙清理垃圾和更換垃圾袋, 有點無奈, 冰箱亦不能放冰類。只有check in那天見過staff 其他時候就是什麼人也沒有了。不過整體體驗不錯, 會推薦朋友! さらに表示

這系列的hotel附近還有兩間的樣子，說要入住時間前會寄mail告知密碼，但都沒有收到，寄信也沒回應，但打電話有人接。hotel 門口有電話，剛好也有遇到staff 幫忙。入住時有繳稅金住5個晚上ㄧ晚要200日圓，但好像看住宿總金額有分的樣子，門口有櫃檯可以自助check in ，但我們有遇到staff 他就幫忙用好了。目前設備都很新，一樓有洗衣機，含烘衣功能，超方便。熱水暖氣都有，大門房門都有密碼鎖，也很方便。二條城在附近，都搭巴士也方便。 さらに表示

호텔 입구 비번 이메일이 체크인 전까지 오지 않아 교토역에 있는 그랜드 재패닝 인포메이션에 가서 직접 비번코드 받아서 갔습니다. 인포메이션 직원도 친절하고 호텔에 도착했을 때 마침 스탭이 있어 편하게 체크인 했네요. 룸크기도 적당하고 니조역이랑 가까워서 이용하는데 불편함은 없었습니다. さらに表示

在祇園祭後祭時入住，飯店所在位置－堀川御池站公車車班很少，20:30後幾乎沒車，只能從大宮站走過去，但沿路非常黑要注意安全，另連住掛請清潔房間的牌子是沒有用的，他們根本不會來清理！且不會主動提供連住替換用的毛巾，又沒有櫃檯服務人員，遇到問題會找不到人，大廳又沒有Ｗi-Fi若沒有網路就無法check-in，但房間附的手機十分便利，不過手機不支援新注音輸入法，對台灣旅客來說很不方便，不過整體設施十分優良，洗衣烘衣跟洗劑全都免費，超棒的！ さらに表示
