とにかく酷かった。 まずチェックインの方法がホテルの入り口にも案内がない。 受付は無人。人いなくてもいいけど最低限の案内は必要だと思います。 部屋は広くて快適そうなのに防音対策は大きな道路に面しているのに為されてない。 ポットには水垢、バスタオルには２枚とも髪の毛が付着したまま。 極め付けにお風呂に入ったらボディーソープのボトルにアンダーヘアーが・・・ 心の中で「きゃー」と叫んでしまいました。 夜は道路からの車やバイクの音がかなりうるさくて眠れない状況、耳栓をしてもダメでした。 そこで電話をするとお部屋の使用前だったら部屋の交換ができたとのこと、一応、色々我慢したんですが・・・ そして、新しい部屋をブッキングしろと・・・初めからメールで希望を出しておけばと言われましたが、違う内容で問い合わせたのですがそれにもそもそも返答がありませんでした。どうしろと言うのでしょうか？ もう言葉を失いました。このやりとりに無駄に一時間・・・本当に疲れました。 wifiもないです。寝間着もないです。 もう二度と泊まりません。このホテル何も改善する気がないようです。 さらに表示

　京都マラソンの都合で泊まることにしました。 ホテルスタッフも直接フロントにいなく、ネットでの予約のみという変わったシステムのホテルでした。 　スタッフがいない分、16時以降しかチェックインできないです。 　その点は良いのですが、ホテルチェックインが可能になったらメールする流れなのにメールが来ず・・。 迷惑メールも確認したけどきていませんでした。そこでホテルサイトに直接メールを送り、チェックインの番号を教えてもらうことに。 　ホテル自体はプライベートを重視したい方には良いと思います。 　チェックアウトの仕方が分からず、メールしたけど返事が返ってこず、14時ごろに「ご利用ありがとうございました。」のメールが・・。 　レイトチェックアウト料金が発生してたら問題になってたとこです。 　通常のホテルのようなとこに泊まればよかったと改めて感じる一泊でした。 さらに表示

値段の割にビジネスよりも広くて快適。レビューで文句言ってる人は贅沢すぎwww スタッフとすぐ連絡取れないのは不安。あと、チェックインについて詳しく出ていないのでこれはどうにかしないと。途方に暮れた外国人がロビーで項垂れてた。 さらに表示

This is my first time to Kyoto. They provide an excellent service for me and my family. The room is clean and new. The staffs are so helpful and friendly. I love their luggage storage service and free shuttle bus. Location is good, 3mins walking distance from Tambaguchi station and just one station away Kyoto station. Advice for someone who planning to take this hotel, check in at their information center which located at Kyoto station for someone who arrive earlier than 5pm. around 5 mins walk to Tambaguchi station. 7-11 store is across the road from Tambaguchi station. Room with sufficient space to put luggage. no heater in the room. need to call to request change the towel or clean the room if stay below 3 days. さらに表示

The hotel itself doesn't have 24/7 concierge but it's equipped with what a normal traveller needs. It's head office is nearby Kyoto Station and guests could drop their bags upon check in and check out. Shuttle bus service is available based on advance reservation. The hotel is next to Tambaguchi JR Station while bus stop is only 4 minutes away, extremely convenient! Don't worry if you need to post anything as there is a post office rest next to the hotel! Change of towels and refilling amenities are upon request and these fully fulfils the philosophy of being environmentally friendly by Japanese. Kind reminder, guests are required to pay an accommodation tax applied by the Kyoto government upon arrival. さらに表示

Nice hotel, but somehow we missed the point that it was a no-staff hotel, so make sure to get the lock code in advance. Also, no wifi available at the hotel, which is really inconvenient, but on the other hand, there is a smartphone with internet and calls available in the rooms. さらに表示

The hotel was clean and convenient except no WiFi. It’s near Tambaguchi station and there is a supermarket and pharmacy nearby. However, the hotel do not have receptionist; I booked the room for 5 nights and there’s no maintenance at all except you call for them. Overall, the experience is great, the facility is new, and the call center is welcoming. I’ll choose to stay here again! さらに表示

Near Tambaguchi station. This is a self service room, therefore you will need to obtain the room code at their office. Their office is about 8mins walk from Kyoto station and not that easy to find. Room was clean and ready for us when we got it. Nearby you can get decent sushi and a nice place called Nick Stock if you are into hamburg and steaks. 7-11s and Lawson are within walking distance. Managed to walk to Kiyamizu Dera temple (5km plus) and nice to walk in the cooling weather. Overall stay is ok. さらに表示

Self check-in concept was interesting but the services were not as good. Had to call the office to check on how to get to the room, as they did not send me my room's lock code before we checked in, and we had to try to communicate with a staff who had wasn't that well-spoken in English so it was frustrating. Very good location. Only 1 station away from Kyoto or 35mins walk. Not far from attractions. The room is very spacy for Japanese standard. Very modern and clean. self chrck in and check out so don't expect room service. Note that THERE IS NO WIFI here. They gave us a free Android phone with unlimited 4G during our stay (you can't do hotspot from this phone as far as i know). Be aware of this before making a booking. This is a self check-in hotel, manager by phone, but we had to arrive there a conclude it by ourselves, should be warned and explained in a more transparent way! It was an incredible hotel. I think the room was quite big for Japan standards. Think of this more of a Airbnb style rather than a hotel. The staffs are not present on the ground, but quite responsive. There is no TV, but it was necessary for me. Room was clean and very spacious. Only that there is no room service and housekeeping on site. Beds are made up every fourth day. The do help to store your luggage, but at their office (around 10mins away). The nearest Tambaguchi train station is couple of mins walk and it is quite close. If you are tireless traveller, Gion is around 15-20mins walk away. Overall it will be a good pick if you are on a budget and want a luxury feel in a more quite neighbourhood. さらに表示

Pro - good location (near to JR station with about 100 m walking distant) - main office staff very helpful and kind Cons - there is NO staff in this hotel, if you need to check in and help, you need to head down to their main office in Kyoto main station (it was not written in d check-in instructions and not even being inform by Agoda) - if you need cleaning services even you stayed for 2-3 days, additional charges will be applied. さらに表示

Hotel is very clean. It's kind of small apartment building that turn into a hotel. The inconvenience about this hotel is that you have to go to the office first to get the room password. From office to hotel is 30mins walking or by shuttle bus,operating only 2x per day by the hotel. The hotel itself is very close to Tanbaguchi subway. But not in the city center.
