they gave us enough towels for a 3-night stay. love the ikea memory foam pillows. nice balcony to air laundry. efficient ac. could provide some tea or coffee sachets as welcome treat. sofa bed has seen better days and should not be used for sleeping. さらに表示

We had a great stay at grandouce dotonbori. It was located near dotonbori and nippombashi station. There are also convenience stores nearby. Would recommend staying here! さらに表示

The place is VERY close to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi with only ~10 minutes walk. There is FamilyMart just around the corner, a lot of restaurant and stores nearby. The closest station is Nipponbashi, but if you want you can take a longer walk and reach Namba station. The washer doesn't have dryer on it, and the detergent is limited. The type of the room they gave is not the type of the room that I booked. Property owner not even once reply to my inquiry. I have to call agoda for my check in details and to complaint the room that I got. さらに表示

We stayed 10th floor room for 3 night with total 8 people. There's 2 room inside apartment with 2 beds each room. The bathroom is very clean. Apartment is neat and clean also equipped with a washing machine and detergent. The cutlery cups are fully equipped with a small microwave oven. The location was good. Near to Dotonbori Shopping Area, Convenience store just walks few meters. Aircond and WIFI working well. Another important point is that the location of key centre is different from the place of accommodation. We must take another train line. From Kansai airport to Namba station Exit 7 walks 5 minutes and collect the keys then take another train to Nipponbashi station. If you travel with family and big luggage, this is difficult for you. Better one or two person go to Key Centre to collect and others can stay and rest at Namba Station. さらに表示

The location of the hotel is nice but it is slightly difficult to find it. We found it quite inconvenient to search for the way from key centre to our hotel. For overall, the hotel makes our trip even more wonderful with its fully equipped facilities. We strongly advise the hotel to everyone who plans to visit Osaka. さらに表示

A bit far from the Shinōsaka station but super close to the lively streets of dotombori! Recommended (I gave the staff 1 star becaouse it is a self check-in structure so there is no staff but it’s functional anyways) さらに表示

The place was very convenient and accessible to food, commute, shopping and sight seeing places. It was on a quiet street where we were able to relax after a long day out this is despite just being a block away from Dotonbori. The room was as shown in the picture. Comfy bed, fits 5 easily but still with room for luggage. Facility to cook, laundry, service umbrella and bathtub. Good water pressure. There was also minimal to no interaction with the hotel operators to ensure privacy and enjoyment. Although cable tv could have more international channels and provision of slippers since it was a must to remove shoes as you enter. We packed light for this trip and other places we stayed at had slippers. Highly recommended. Keep up the quality facility! さらに表示

No complains....only where you need to pick up the keys from the office.....for first timers....it is confusing with the exit and some of the people have no idea where it is.... and once you pick it up....another piece of the puzzle....But once you got yourself familiar with the area...... さらに表示

Location Perfect - Walking distance to shopping district and food areas Balcony facing the small river very nice during winter. Wifi - Slow. Train stations also nearby about 500m walk - Family with prams and luggage's beware cos there are stairs up and down - didn't really see a lift. *Biggest problem is collection of keys - Even taxi driver got lost looking for the place. Maybe what they should do is tie up with the cafe/bar in B1 for collection of keys, it'll make things so much easier for all. さらに表示

There is no staff in this apartment building. You have to go to another place to take the key. So complicated so wasting of time. So not efficient. さらに表示
