マンションまで駅から大通りですぐに着いたし、難波まで二駅でどこへ行くにも便利な場所でした。心斎橋から夜タクシーで1800円で帰れてよかった。マンションも綺麗で気になってた居酒屋さんのにおいもせずに快適に過ごせました。大阪の友達に驚かれる場所で治安が気になっていたけど大丈夫そうでした。夜はタクシーで移動したので問題無かったです。駅前にコンビニ、スーパーもありました。さらに表示

I greatly recommend this place. Super clean, near Hanazonocho train stations, complete kitchen and laundry amenities, super comfortable bed and pillows and comforter, cool ac and food places very near. The place is clean and within walking distance to the train station. It is convenient if you can walk a bit. The people around the place is helpful. When we arrived at the train station, it was raining. A lady in the shop nearby lent us two umbrella for free. さらに表示

The apartment is very nice. It's about 600meter away to the train station. There's McDonald and shops are just around the corner. Highly recommended this place and will be back to stay again!.5 stars さらに表示

i accommodated for 6 night, during the 4th night, the bathroom sink was blocked, can’t use for washing face and brushing teeth.....and the self check-in details was sent late, just received the day before my arrival, traffic not bad, taxi back to hotel from Namba is around 1200 yen if from Tennoji, it just cost 900 yen! さらに表示

You truly get what you paid for, all worth! The location is about 8 mins. walk from Hanazonocho station of Yotsubashi Line. Instructions of self check-in is clear and they have allowed us to early check-in our luggage which we appreciated much. The room is good for 4 persons, clean, and the facilities are all great. I only noticed unstable internet connection, other than that, I highly recommend the hotel in Osaka for group travelers. Thank you Grandouce Hanazonocho for the experience, keep it up. さらに表示

I didn’t know there’s no staff working in the hotel. Basically it is just a self service apartment. Weird that no one has mentioned in Agoda or booking.com. The floor was dirty. I stayed for 4 nights. Had to vacuum twice + dust wipe. Room very dusty. The pillow is very uncomfortable, it is those U-shape pillow and very low. Only one pillow provided. I needed to use the spare shower towels to fold up and support my neck while sleeping. The bed lining cover and bedsheet was no clean. Have some stains on. Good things of the hotel is - location is ok. For young people may think it’s close to metro. But my both parents were struggled walking from metro to the hotel. Two stops to namba from hanazhonocho station, one stop to ( blue line)大國盯then change to ( red line) Umeda ( main transit station)to other metro stops. Mcd n family mart is just next to the Hanazhonocho metro station, apart from that, really nothing much to eat around. Room: I like the size and design, it is like a home. You get everything from the room, washing machine, cooking stove as I then realized because there’s no house keeping provide that’s why they have to provide u vacuum machine. I like the heating system for shower. It is so warm. The water pressure is strong. That’s good . The corridor has some strange smell. Becos there’s no house keeping, so remember to throw and clear the bin yourself. My dad found a unwashed Dish in the cabinet. The toilet roll so thin, can’t use at all. I needed to buy some from supermarket. Be honest for this price, I expect there’s room service or someone can assist me when I need help. Quite scary when I know there’s no one in the building apart from customers. さらに表示

今次旅程，比以前的差，因為旅館服務質量差，我們一家四口入住5天，沒有任何服務，沒有更新日用品，例如厠紙面巾及牙膏，連垃圾都要自己帶出外面拋棄，熱水爐鎖溫熱水不足，整體來說衹可以是租住套房，不是旅館!! さらに表示

CP值高！走路至花園町站大約5-7分鐘(花園町站4號出口)。花園町站旁就有麥當勞與便利商店，在斜對面也有玉出超市(花園町站1號出口即為玉出超市)，我們每天的早餐都是晚上回飯店前去玉出超市買的，可以買麵或買一些方便煮的東西或麵包，要煮的東西飯店內可以煮(超讚)。但是入住時是自助入住，需要用平板輸入一些東西(入住前一天才會mail給你教學網址)，然後再自行拿鑰匙(他們放在郵箱內，要配合他們的方式才拿得到鑰匙)，所以會要花一點點點點時間，當天就有一點不會操作就會有點緊張，與工作人員對話也無法溝通，因為他們只會講日文。但順利入住後一切就都很滿意，房間很乾淨、且隔音很好！設施幾乎都有，很棒的房間！我們是二大二小(8+9y) ^_^ さらに表示

房子雖小，但東西齊全，包括一次性牙刷、梳子、拖鞋、杯子、刀具等等都有。風筒只有一個，但風力足夠，頭髮很長的女生也不怕。冰箱也夠冷，可以放水果和飲料幾天也不怕。有陽台可以曬乾衣服，晚上曬的話，天亮就可以收了。（除了沒有一張圓桌給一家幾口一起吃飯，其他真的什麼也不缺了）這次選這個地方真的選對了，很整潔、寧靜，近地鐵站、便利店、超市，出門買東西都很方便。雖然預訂的時候，價格飄忽不定，讓人猶疑不決，但看到好價格的時候決定下來，就會發現這房子真的很不錯！注意：沒有前台服務人員，如果需要人幫，只能打電話。另外，其實早一點／晚一點入住也是可以，只要能拿到鑰匙！（重點：拿到鑰匙！因為根據我們的經驗，不會開信箱的話，多試幾次和問一下已經入住的客人就好了～其他的就不怕啦～）さらに表示
