we have hard time to self check in . we shorten our trip due to covid 19 we requested for refund or if we can use the extra night for future travvel but they did not grant our request . unlike other hotels and AIRBNB bookings of my friends they were offered that extra day for future travel さらに表示
Hotel located 5-10 mins walk to the shopping area. Room size is big but not so clean. Check in process using tablet is a bit hassle as no instruction given earlier.

Perfect location, station just around the corner, convenient shops & eateries. Clean room with 3 double beds that fit 5 of us, with wardrobe. But limited space for large luggage, anyhow we kept our luggage inside the wardrobe and under the desk. So it’s not an issue. Love the mist their toilet and bathroom. Very clean, separated, even bathroom is equipped with drying system that seldom find in other accommodation. Response of management is within seconds. Appreciate it. Overall it was a very good experience of staying, highly recommended and will back again. Tq.. さらに表示

Fantastic location, station just around the corner. Fully equipped, loved the most their toilet and bath room, separated and the heating system in bathroom. 3 queen size bed fits 5 of us.. wardrobe in the room, spaces for luggage not really much but we tried to keep them into the wardrobe space and under the desk.. management replies messages in seconds.. overall good experience staying in. The staff offer very helpful information from airport to hotel. Location is perfect, one tiny thing is the check in/out tablet bit hard to use.If will stay here next time better checking in online before arrive さらに表示

I like the place, the whole place is quite high tech. even the self check in is very cute and the heater and also the hot water they are apparently quite high tech.
location is good. the place is clean. not too big, but the bed is comfy. but the other 2 are sofabed.

好嘅：房間大小係十分正，有露台，洗衣機（有洗衣粉），沖涼房有暖房，乾衫一流，廁所🚽分開，廚房用品都算乾淨，有少量碗碟，地點亦好好，地下鐵近方便，直路行三、四個街口就到心齋橋行人專用區。
唔好嘅：床太軟（淋），不好瞓，枕頭矮，有嘢咬；無人會嚟清潔🧹房間直至退房，退房後沒有行李寄存🛅，垃圾自理或者可以通知佢等佢嚟收。總結謹慎考慮清楚！ さらに表示

地鐵口沒有電梯, 有重行李的比較麻煩 ,找了一段時間才找到 ,位置比較難找 ,但係熟了之後就 很容易 ,今次我們做的是六人房 ,四個人入住很寬敞舒適 ,但係留意門鎖有點問題, 單位的保安鎖是壞的, 只一條鎖匙不太方便 ,其他都非常好 さらに表示

位置不错，去哪里步行都很方便。入住当天检查了一下餐具，杯子底部还有残留的白色粉末，碗和盘子也不是很干净，我全部从新洗了一遍，又烧开水烫了一遍。另外空调器太脏了，声音很大，一看滤网上全部是灰尘。燃气系统的热水和暖风相当不错。 さらに表示

1. 位置，地理位置很好，附近就是心斋桥，道顿堀，吃东西和买东西都很方便。地铁站去环球影城也就30-40分钟路程。
2. 住宿环境，很干净，没有异味，配套设施齐全。

酒店应该是新盖的，设备都很新，很干净，离心斋桥 黑门市场都很近，地理位置优越。
